_Namjoon POV_

Namjoon parks right outside Jin's house and knocks on the door. He stands there for a few seconds until the door opens with a bright and cheery Jin, the complete opposite from what he had heard on the phone a few minutes ago.
'well damn that's a personality change. should I ask if he's ok? no, no, no, that'll just make things bad.
Namjoon: Hey baby you ready to go?
Jin: Yeah lets go! I can't wait to eat, i'm so hungryyyyy.
Namjoon: Hungry for this di-
Jin: SHUT UP.
Namjoon: Sorry hahahahahaha
Jin: Ughhhh... you're so perverted, sometimes I wonder why we're even dating.
Namjoon: It's cause you love me of course!
Jin: Yeah I do... a lot.
'huh? jin never says stuff like that? is he really okay?'
Namjoon: Are you sure you're okay? You seem different than usual...
Jin: huh? oh yeah! I'm fine! hahaha. Why do you keep worrying?
'if he keeps asking i'm going to have to tell him about tae.'
Namjoon: Alright alright alright, i'm sorry hahaha
They get into the car and drive to a little cafe named Gracie's Cafe, which is named and owned by their good friend Gracie, and she was also one of the few people that knew about their relationship. They park in front of the doors of the cafe right next to the sidewalk. They both get out and walk into the cafe, which was decorated with everything pink and cute, and with the waiters and waitresses wearing cute little pink maid outfits. Jin loved this place since it fit his type of aesthetic, while Namjoon on the other hand just thought the food was great, and Jin really liked the place so they would come here often when they went out. As they sit down they order waters and talk for a little bit.
"so how long are your parents supposed to be gone?" namjoon asks. " For about another 2 weeks I think?" "Another 2 weeks?!?!. What do your parents even do?!?!?!" namjoon says that a bit too loudly, but he couldn't help it, he was in shock. Jin's parents had never left that long before, usually it was 1 week here and there and rarely 2 weeks. They had already been gone a week and Jin says that they would be gone for about another 2. " I'm sorry" Namjoon says since he disrupted a few people. "Hahaha... it's just a few more weeks, it's not like they really pay attention to me that much when they're home anyways" Jin says with a broken smile. His parents never really payed attention to him, nor did they really care that much about him. As long as Jin went to school and ate something everyday that was about all they cared about. Jin loved his parents, but his parents didn't really love him. That was a fact.
_Flash back_
'Mommy, why don't you and Daddy ever say you love me?' a teary eyed 9 year old Jin asked. 'Why don't we ever say we love you? The answers obvious. It's because we don't love you. We're just 2 people who happened to be stuck with you.'
_Jin POV_
Right before Namjoon could say anything the waiter came up to them and asked if they were ready to order. "I'll have a Grilled Cheese" Jin says "I'll have the BLT" says Namjoon. "Oooooh you've never gotten that before, usually you get the same thing every time." Jin asks Namjoon "Well I thought I would try something different this time." "Hahaha i'm proud of my baby" Jin says as he pinches Namjoons cheeks. After they get finished giggling their food is set down in front of them. They stare at it for a good few seconds then start chowing down, they really loved Gracie's food, so any time they got the chance to eat it they would enjoy it to its fullest. All of a sudden Jin's phone vibrates. It's from Taehyung. Namjoon hadn't noticed that Jin's phone was vibrating, so he quickly rejected the call and went back to eating. A few seconds later it started vibrating. It was Taehyung again. This time Namjoon noticed. "Who is it?" Namjoon asks. "Ahh it's no one important." Jin says with the best smile he could possibly give and rejects the call again. "Well that's not very nice to just reject their call like that." Namjoon says. "Well I find you more important than that phone call, you should feel special." Jin says proudly. Jin's phone starts vibrating, and just to his guess it's Taehyung again. "If they took the time to call you a second time you should answer" Namjoon says. "Yea... I guess so hahaha, i'll be right back." "Mkay don't get lost." Namjoon says sarcastically. "Yes Daddy" Jin says with a smirk on his face. As he says that Namjoon chokes on his food and starts coughing. Jin just laughs and goes outside and answers the call.
