-Max's pov-

I heard my alarm bleep. I picked up my phone and pressed dismiss. I got up and went to the bathroom and got changed into my school uniform and I heard Shelby walk down the stairs. I walked back into the living room, she was wearing a grey hoodie and her school uniform for her school. I looked at my phone. 7:00am neat.
"Morning Shelby!" I said.
"Morning!" She said back.
"Thanks again for letting me stay!" I said.
"No problem. No I gotta go to school but text me later K?" She asked.
He school takes over an hour to walk to so Shelby has to leave early.
"Yeah, of course." I said, I walked out my house. I saw Shelby walk down the street. Should I go home...or what? Well it does mean seeing sky. I dunno.
I got my phone out and quickly messaged aphmau.
M: you up yet? BTW when u wanna start walking to school?
A: yeah, I am so just getting ready. Meet me at my house at 8am K?
M: okay!

I put my in my pocket. I walked across the room and home. I unlocked the door. Ross and sky were sitting in the living room.
"MAX! WHY HAVE YOU NOT BEEN ANSWERING MY TEXTS OR CALLS?!?!?!?" Sky yelled.
"I am sorry...." I started to cry.
"Oh...Max I am sorry! I was just worried about you!" Sky said, he put his cold hand on meh neck. I looked at the clock 8:45am. Okay. Out of nowhere sky hugged me. I blushed.
"Don't worry me again Max" he said.
"O...Kay." I replied. Why's he hugging me?
"No I need to get changed see ya later jerk." Sky said as he punched me in the shoulder.
"Okay I need to go early. Bye!"I yelled.
"Why?" Sky said.
"I lost my schedule, I need a new one!" I said as I left and walked across the street. I chapped on aphmau door. I heard someone yell coming. I waited and a couple seconds later I saw aphmau who was changed.
"Ready to go?" I asked.
"Yep!" She said, she grabbed my hand.
We started walking to school. Aphmau was yabbering on about anime, cats, her friends.
"Well wanna meet some of my new friends?" She asked.
"Yeah. Sure when?" I said.
"Today at lunch?" She asked.
"Yeah! Sounds okay!" I replied.
We arrived at school. A boy walked over and pointed at aphmau.
"Look there's the dork who said she knew me!" The boy yelled. Aphmau looked upset. People started laughing.
"What did you say?"I said as I walked up to him.
"That she is a dork!" The boy yelled.
I grabbed him by the scruff of the neck.
"Take that back mate." I said.
"Naw gingy." He said.
I punched him in the stomach.
"TAKE IT BACK!" I yelled.
"What is gonna do? Get all angry with your anger issues?" He said. Oh no. How did they know about my anger issues? Without realizing my hair turned into fire.
"Take...it back...NOW!" I yelled as I kicked him in the balls and couple of times. He was rolling on the ground now. I kicked him in the stomach.
"Come on aph. Let's go!" I said.
She grabbed my arm, she looked scared. We had got away from them.
"Your...hair...fire?" She looked confused.
"Oh I didn't know it could do that!" I said as we walked into we school.
We walked in my phone beeped.

S: Dude. WTF?
M: what?
S: well u beat up a dude and ur hair fire?!?! You know we can not let people find out!
M: I am sorry. He made aphmau sad. So I did what I could K?
S: okay Max, where u at?
M: heading to math class w/ aph.
S: see u at lunch K?
M: K.

I put my phone away and aph and I walked into math class on time. We sat up the back.
"Math....algerbraa...blah. blah a load of crap!" The teacher yabbered on.
I started drawing. I saw no point in math tbh. My phone vibrated, it was a group chat.
S: Hey guys, what classes u all got?
M: Math.
R: English.
A: math w Mad Max.

I looked up from my phone. The teacher did not notice that we were on our phones. I looked at aph and growled. She giggled. I looked back at the chat.

B: Chemistry w/ red.
R: yeah.
S: cool let's all go to the bathroom, I need to talk to ya all.
Everyone: bye see u in 5.

I put my phone away. I raised my hand.
"Teacher? Can I go go the loo?" I asked.
"Yeah...I don't give a damn!" The teacher yelled. I walked out the class and started heading to the nearest toilet. I heard footsteps that must be aph. I stopped in front of the toilets. I saw red, Barney, sky, Ross and aphmau ran over.
"Okay, first well I have been keeping a secret like..." sky started.
"What is it sky?" I asked curiously.
"Well you know how like Max freaked out and fire hair?" He said.
"Yep!" Aphmau said.
"Well like Max and I when we get angry our hair sets on fire, neither of us have got our full ability...and yeah.." sky said.
WHAT? I don't know what the hell he is talking about.
"AND WHY THE FUCK WAS I NOT TOLD!?!?" I yelled.
"Cause... well it only happens when we both get angry, I have no idea why." Sky said.
We are not related! Is it because...no...that must mean he loves me too? No. I read loads of books about this.
"Wait sky since when did this start?" I asked.
"Probably like last night when everything happened!" Sky said. "BTW I am sorry about last night"
"It's fine...I read books about this.'' I said, should I tell them? No..yes?
"You know why this happening then?" Sky asked.
"Well.." I pulled out a book and pointed to a paragraph. "It says here it only happens when two people are in love but they also hate each other, only some though. They gain fire powers the same in every way."
Sky looked at me.
"Stop talking shit Max" sky laughed.
''just saying mate" I said.
"Cool anyway we should all get back to class." Red said.
"Yallerz bye guys!" Barney said as him and red walked away.
"Yeah bye!" Sky yelled, Ross already walked away.
Aphmau and I walked in silent back up to class. I really love sky...but aph...aww shit! The bell rang. Aphmau grabbed my hand and pecked my cheek.
"I have to go!" she said as she ran away.
I went bright red....I love her....and him....but who?
