Chapter 39: WHAT?!?!?!?!

[JADE'S POV]
*The Next Day*

I woke up with the worst headache ever!! Anong nangyari kagabi??

Napatingin nalang ako sa suot ko. I'm wearing an oversized shirt and shorts underneath.

Napatingin din ako sa tabi ko.. Si Russell lang pala. Kinabahan lang ako.

"Wake up!" I said.

"What time is it?" He asked.

Oo nga. Anong oras na ba?

OMG!!! 10:00 am na pala!!

"Uh, 10 in the morning?" Sabi ko.

"What?!" Napatayo siya sa paghiga niya.

"I know! Kakagising ko lang! And-" Hindi ko alam pero sugod na ako sa banyo kasi nasusuka na ako!!

Natayo na din si Russell at inaalayan ako papuntang cr.

"Just let it all out." He said while rubbing my back.

"Ang sakit ng ulo ko!" Finally tumigil na ang pagsusuka ko!!

"I'll get medicine lang ha? Wait for me!" He said at nagbihis at lumabas na ng room.

*Saturday*

Nagising nanaman ako masakit ang tummy ko. Feeling ko meron na ako. Every 1st of the month ako nagkakaroon.

Pumunta na ako sa banyo at tiningan ko, wala?

"Bat wala? Laging 1st of the month ako meron?" Sabi ko.

Biglang may kumatok sa banyo,

"Are you ok?" Tanong ni Russell.

"Ok lang. Pero nagtataka lang ako kung bakit wala pa ako." Sabi ko.

"Ok calm down!! Anong kailangan mo?" He asked.

May pumasok kaagad sa isip ko......

Pregnancy Test.... ewan ko ba! Basta yung lang pumasok sa isip ko!!!

"Um, I hate to say this pero, can you buy me a pregnancy test kit?" I said.

"You mean, I will become a daddy?" Sabi niya. Parang kinakabahan siya....

"I don't know. We'll see." I said.

Narinig ko na magsara kaagad ang pinto. Naexcite ba siya?

Nakatayo lang ako dito sa banyo, kinakabahan.....

"Here!!" Sigaw ni Russell habang kumakatok sa pintuan.

"Thanks!" Kinuha ko sa kanya.

Ito na!! Ok, kaya ko to!!! Kung positive lang naman, ok lang pero kung hindi, ok lang din, at least natry namin.

A smile was put on my face when I saw the two red lines......

Lumabas na ako ng banyo at nakita ko si Russell, nakatitig saakin.

"So, how did it go?" He asked.

"Here." Inabot ko sa kanya yung pregnancy test.

"I'M GONNA BE A DADDY!!!" Sigaw niya.

*knock*knock*

Binuksan namin yung door. We saw Niel, Kisses, Joao, Yassi, Ford, Eliza, Mira and Tristan na nakatingin saamin.

"What do you mean 'daddy'?" Tanong ni Joao.

Russell showed them the kit at sabay sigaw si Niel.

"Niel! Ano ka? Bakla? Bat ganyan ka sumigaw? Akala mo nakakita siya ng multo!" Ford laughed.

"Bakit? Masama bang maexcite?" Niel said.

"Dapat umuwi na tayo at magpa-doctor ka na." Yassi suggested.

"Oo nga no? Book a flight, first thing tomorrow." Sabi ni Russell sabay hawak sa tiyan ko.

"Hey little angel, you know, mommy and daddy is so excited to see you already!" He rubbed my stomach.

Ang cute naman!!! Nakakagigil!!!

[RUSSELL'S POV]
*The Next Day*

"Wake up!" I say to wake up my soon-to-be-mommy.

"Good morning!" She said.

"Let's get ready na so that we can get home early." I continue.

She went to the bathroom and I just followed her. Baka kung ano mangyari!

"I'm fine! Don't worry to much about me and don't forget to tell your mom about this!" She went inside the bathroom.

I totally forgot to tell mom about this!!!! I immediately called her.

"Mom?"
[Russell? Hi!]

Oh great! It's my kuya!

"Is mom at home?"
[Nandito siya. Why?]
"Give her the phone please?"
[Ok. Mom! Russell needs to talk to you!]

I'm hella nervous!!

[Russell? Anak? How are you?]
"I'm fine. I need to tell you something."
[What? I won't get mad. Are you in jail?]
"Mom!? Are you crazy? Why would I be in jail?"
[Just get to the point.]
"Fine. Jade's pregnant."
[ANO!?!? That means I will have a grandchild?]
"Yep. And I'm going to be a daddy!!"
[Ok. I need to end this call now and tell your dad and kuya. Bye. Miss you!]

[TITA LINDA'S POV]
*Stokie, Illinois*

"Reggie! Ralph!!" I call my husband and my eldest son.

"Why?" Takbo sila galing sala.

"Si Russell."

"Mom! Anong nangyari? Nakulong ba siya?" Ralph asked me.

"Hindi. Sabi niya si Jade, buntis na daw siya." Ngumiti ako.

"Ano?!?!? May apo na tayo?!?" Sabi ni Reggie.

"Yes!!! May pamangkin na ako!!!!!" Sigaw ni Ralph.
