"Oo nga eh. Cute nga eh." Ford said sabay akbay kay Eliza.
"Can I hold him?" Joao asked.
"Ok. Pero dahan lang kasi natutulog siya." Jade handed him over to Joao.
"He's so cute! Nakakagigil!" Joao said.
"Anong name niya?" Tristan asked.
"Well, madami kami naisipan pero final decision, Russell." Jade said.
"Russell Jacob Gonzales-Reyes." I said.
"R and J talaga ang name niya!" Yassi said.
"Syempre. Kami ang mga magulang. Kaya yun yung name niya." Jade said.
"But we call him Jacob ok?" I said.
"Bakit?" Niel asked.
"So we don't get confused. I'm Russell and he's Jacob ok?" I said.
Jacob suddenly starts crying with Joao carrying him.
"Ayan kasi. Bakit kasi pinahawak niyo si Jacob kay Joao?" Mira said.
"Hayaan mo na. Akin na muna si Jacob." I said and carried Jacob from Joao.
"Hey baby, stop crying. Daddy's here na." I said calmly to make him stop crying.
Then he stopped crying.
"Wow. Daddy na talaga si Dodoi!!!" Tristan said.
"Oo nga. Nakakaproud!" Ford said.
"Ano ba kayo? Ama ni Russell?? Of course proud kami sayo Doi. Pero parang kayo naman nagpalaki kay Russell!" Niel said.
We all bursted into laughter.
Jacob started crying, again.
"Maybe he's wet." Jade said.
"Hindi baka nagugutom lang siya." Niel said.
I checked hindi naman siya basa. Hindi naman ata siya gutom, kakain lang niya.
"Maybe we need to sing to him so he can sleep." I said.

I sang.
"See. If you sing, the baby will either fall asleep or calm down." I said.
"Ang galing talaga ni Daddy Russell!!" I heard my brother?
"Kuya? Mom? Dad?" I exclaimed.
"Hi! I see we have a new grandchild." My dad said.
"Hello po tito, tita and kuya Ralph!" Jade greeted them.
"Wha? How did you know?" I asked.
"Well, we were supposed to surprise you tomorrow but Niel told us that she's in labor so we came as fast as possible." My mom said.
"Can I hold him?" Kuya Ralph asked.
"Kuya, be careful kasi Joao was to gigil to him that's why he cried." I said then handed Jacob over to kuya.
"Russ, what's his name?" Mom asked.
"Russell Jacob but call him Jacob so no one will get confused. I am Russell and he is Jacob ok?" I said.
