Nanndy
Was not
In the least
Happy
That she would
Remain
A Second
When Grover
Was gone.
Her and I
Had gone from
Being okay
With each
Other
To enemies.
"Wow,"
She said after
About an hour
Of silence,
Riding back
To our Trikru
Village.
"That was
Quite
A sight,
Wasn't it?"
She asked.
I debated
Whether I
Should
Tell her to
Shut up
Or fight her.
I decided to
Keep to myself,
And ignore her.
"I thought
You were
Gonna kill Clarke."
Nanndy continued.
Again,
I said nothing.
"Too bad
That
He loved
Her more
Than
You."
She added.
Without thinking,
I reached for
My knife,
Keeping my grip
On the handle.
Nanndy's
Horse
Rode up next to me.
"It's kind of funny
That you would
Leave
Just to look
For Lincoln."
She pointed out,
And I tightened my
Grip.
"Not everyone
Believes
Your lie.
I mean,
Grover might.
But I don't.
That's all-"
In the blink
Of an eye,
Nanndy
Was dead.
Her blue eyes
Widened,
Locked on the knife
That I had
Flung
Into her heart.
She slowly looked up.
I said nothing.
Then
She fell.
Her horse
Raced off.
I shook my knife out,
Not regretting
It
In the slightest.
I'd say
That we were
Attacked
By Skaikru.
They'd taken
Her weapon
And killed her
With it.
I smiled,
Satisfied,
And left her body
On the floor,
Continuing
My trek
Back
To Trikru,
Leaving two people
I'd killed
Behind.
