chapter 7 Base

Suzaku POV

We arrive at the old W-0 base and saw the whole place abandon some traps they had were released when enemies were entering and some destroyed knightmares. Knightmares that belong to the EE.UU.

"So it was from the EE.UU that came to attack the base." (F/n) looked around and went inside. Rolo being the boy he is followed his mother. She went to the building and looked at the walls that had bullets in the doors.

"(F/n)?" She turns around to see me.

"I'm fine but I'm going to check the next floor. Watch over Rolo would you." I nodded as Rolo asked for me to carry him. She went up to the next floor

"Is mommy alright?"

"Mommy's fine it's been a long time she's been here. This use to be mommy's home before she moved to live with daddy. So seeing it destroyed is a bit sad for her." I said as he seem a bit sad.

"Don't worry mommy is a strong knight she's always has been." He nodded as I went to check the control room.

Your POV

I walked to every room and each one look destroyed. I walked inside my old room where I use to be. Everything looked like they were searching for something. As I was about to move I felt like I kick something. I looked down and saw a stuffed bear.

'Was there a child here?' I grab it and read the label that had the child's name on it.

Romeo

"Who's Romeo?" You asked yourself as you began to walk again. You found your old workspace and entered the only thing you found was an herbal book and inside a list of herbs. You read the list and saw a few letters highlighted on the first page.

"I wonder if this means something." You grab a paper and pen and read through the page and write down each letter.

The list will show you where we are follow the list and you will find us.

'The list is the key to where they are but how. They're just a bunch of plants that many gypsies use to heal.' You thought. Then your thought again and read it. You open the book and saw all the plants were plants that gypsies use to heal on the road.

"Lelouch you are still as slippery as ever."

Suzaku POV

After searching the main floor and avoiding the blood that had been spilled. We return to the Avalon and Kallen took Rolo to take his nap. At that time (F/n) came back with a book and a stuffed bear.

"Suzaku I think I know where they might be hiding at."

"Really where?" She showed me a list of herbs which I have no idea why.

"Okay I see a list of herbs but how does this help us find them."

"Of course, you don't know a thing about these herbs. These herbs are the main herbs that gypsy uses to heal on the road." She said as I seem to get what she's saying now that I know about the herbs.

"That means that they're with a traveling group full of gypsy's. So all we have to do is find which group they might be at." She nodded as we went back to the bridge.

"Look for and traveling groups that are gypsy and report the location." She said as everyone nodded and began to search the area.

'Honestly to think they would use herbs only she knew. That means someone was looking for something. And that something was the code that Lelouch and C.C have.'
