chapter 8 Tracking

Lelouch POV

We were on the road again as I looked at the sky. Romeo was asleep and C.C was making sure to keep him hidden. As we kept riding everyone stopped.

"Lelouch, what's going on?"

"I don't know. Stay inside and hide don't let anyone see Romeo until I'm back." She and closed the curtains.

'Whatever stop us better be looking for directions.'

Your POV

Ever since you found the clues of where they might be. You didn't sleep much and stayed up until you would find them.

'They couldn't have gone far if they were traveling in a group.' You looked at the map and kept an eye on the screen.

"(F/n) you should rest. You haven't slept for two nights now." Kallen said as she and Gino stood next to you.

"I'm fine I'll sleep once we find them."

"No, you're not fine. Go rest unless you want Rolo to worry about his mother fainting from sleep deprivation." Kallen said as she pushed you out of the room.

"Fine, I'll go and rest." You said as she stop pushing you out.

"Good we'll see you when you wake up or when we find something." She said as the door closed. You began to walk to your room.

'Have I neglected my health over the mission?' You reach your room and see Rolo asleep with Suzaku beside him. You looked at the clock and it read 1 in the morning.

'Wow, I can see why Kallen told me to rest. It's past midnight.' You changed into some comfortable clothes and kiss both your knight's goodnight.

Suzaku POV

I woke up a few minutes before the alarm. I saw my princess was asleep with her hand holding Rolo's hand.

'My princess is adorable when she sleeps. I'm glad she finally went to sleep.' I turn just in time to turn off the alarm. Neither of them woke up since they're both exhausted.

"Don't worry my princess take your time to rest. Leave everything else to me." I whispered in her ear and kissed her head. I grab my clothes and went to take a quick shower.

C.C POV

How lucky we are that they didn't check the carts. They were EE.UU officers from the attack.

"Mommy is it okay to come out now."

"Yes, it's okay now."

"My he's certainly grown up since we last talked." I turn to see her again.

"It has been too long since we last talked. So tell how it been spacetime?"

"Same usual stuff although I did meet that girl you met many years ago."

"I see what did you two talk about."

"Nothing much just about how her geass will lead her towards you. Also, the fact that I'll be helping her as well. So what's the story about everyone in hiding with these old ladies." She said she played with a piece of candy.

"Well, even we don't know much about this either. All we know is that a general had ordered it. I thought his name was general Smilas. He found out about geass and wants to use it to take over EE.UU. What he doesn't know is that our child's existence and it's better to keep it like that."

"Very well I guess I'll leave now she's not far from where you're at. I say maybe a few hours by the time she wakes up she'll find you. Until then I'll see you around." And like she disappears again.

'If she's near then will be safe very soon. I won't let them hurt my child. Not now not ever.'

Your POV

You woke up by a very familiar scent. It was earl grey tea that you would sometimes drink to relax a lot when you overworked school. Lelouch was the only one who knew about this since you've lived together. You looked to find your son gone and checked the time to see it was noon.

"Woah I must have been really tired. Guess Kallen was right about being tired."

"Guess you're up." I looked to see Suzaku coming out of the bathroom.

"Oh hey, Suzaku where's Rolo?" You asked as he came up to see your (e/c) eyes.

"Looks like the bags under your eyes are gone now. Don't worry about Rolo he's playing with Gino. The last time I saw him he beat Gino in chess. For the third time." He said as stroked my cheek.

"I'm sorry Suzaku for making you worry about me. It's a habit that I got used to and it's a hard one to kill. Is there any way for you to forgive me?" You said as he smiled and whispered in your ear.

"I'll forgive you if give me another child." He said as he kissed your neck which caused you to blush from his act of affection.

"Suzaku what if some shows up while doing-"

"They won't you trust me right? Plus I can't hold back anymore I need you, my princess." He said as he kissed your lips.

Suzaku POV

I was about to start our little activity even though I promised to wait. Yet I can't hold back anymore it's like dying of hunger when there's food right in front of me. She is vulnerable right now and what man couldn't take the chance to please his wife.

"Suzaku please just wait okay. It's not that I don't want to it's just I'm embarrassed if someone hears us or worse if Rolo comes in and sees us doing it." She said with a bright red face. I can't go against her she is dead set on waiting even when I can see she wants it too.

"I get it I do. I just never seen you the type to get embarrassed on having s-"

"Don't you say that out loud okay it's weird when people talk about that. Especially from my husband." She said as she blushed harder. It's so cute how she gets embarrassed about this.

"Okay, I won't say it. By the way are you hungry I brought you some tea in hopes to wake you up. Guess it works if you up now." She smiled and kissed me.

"Yeah, it woke me up." She said as someone knocked at the door.

"Who is it?" I demand since only three people on the Avalon know about my identity.

"It's me, Kallen I have something to report," Kallen said.

"Enter"

"Honestly you should just confess to everyone who you are Suzaku. Anyway, we found one group of a gypsy's about ten minutes away. We may believe it may be the same group that may have the W-0 group." She said as she handed us some papers.

"I see thank you, Kallen." She nodded and left.

"Okay, I see you were right to wait," I told her as she smiled.

"Okay let me get ready for the day I'll see you in a bit." She said as she got up and grab her uniform.

'Honestly, I hate it when she's right but I also love it too. Man love is complicated.'
