Chapter Nine: The Itty Bitty Kitty Comity

Leah woke up the next morning and the first thing that came to her mind was Aceti. She didn't bother to check on him,Leah knew he would still be a sleep. She bolted down the halls to the kitchen and two loaves of bread and a small pot of warm soup. As she walked out her vision was blocked by the food she as carrying and she walked into something. Her mother.

"Leah, what on Earth are you doing in the kitchen this early in the morning?" Her mother questioned her.

"Uh,I was thinking on going on a walk today. Is that okay with you ma'am?" Leah quickly lied.

"Yes,dear that should be fine." Her mother said as she walked in to the kitchen. Leah waited a few seconds and slowly backed away from the kitchen door.

She ran back down the hall to her room, carried the food in to the tunnel and sat it in front of Aceti. Leah opened the chest at the end of her bed. It was filled with quilts. The tunnel was alway cold and hard,Aceti needed something to sleep on. She grabbed the two thickest quilts for Aceti.

"Thank you,Leah." Aceti said as he licked the crumbs and drops of soup off his muzzle.

"No problem,Aceti. I think you might have to meet my friends,Tris,Tobias, and Seth."

----------------------

"Everyone,I would like you to meet Aceti." Leah started to introduce Aceti to the rest of her friends. Tris,Tobias, and Seth all sat in the tunnel that Aceti had been calling home for a few days.

"Well,it seems like we will be meeting here more often than not." Tobias said in the darkness.

"Yeah, but we might want some candles if we want to see anything." Aceti responded.

"We need a group name." Leah said out of nowhere. The tunnel went silent.

"I got it!" Seth sprang up. "We should call ourself," He paused for dramatic effect. "THE ITTY BITTY KITTY COMITY!" Seth screamed at the top of his lungs.

Tobias leaned over and spoke in Seth's ear. "That is the STUPIDEST IDEA YOU EVER HAD."

"No,I like it." Tris said. The rest joined in with nods.

"Fine." Tobias said shaking his head. He had lost.

The group was now 'The Itty Bitty Kitty Comity.'
