Amelia Clarke was a simple girl. She was unbelievably well behaved and innocent. Her mother had run away not long after Amelia had been born, so she had lived alone with her father most of her life. Until one day he told her that he had met another woman whom he was going to marry that summer. Amelia was 13 when her father married the bitch that was her stepmother, who hated Amelia with a passion. She made sure that Amelia was miserable, and forced her to do things she hated. An example of this would be the decision for them all to move from their home in London to the seaside town of Brighton.

The only good thing that had come from Grace, her stepmother, was her daughter, Hannah. Amelia loved Hannah like her own sister, and the two got along very well. This was ideal since they spent a large amount of their time together alone due to their parents work schedules. They had both just left for work when Hannah ran into her room, giggling as she held her dolls up for Amelia to see. "Look at what mummy gave me!" She exclaimed, climbing onto Amelia's bed as she grinned at her. Amelia wasn't exactly thrilled to see her, as she was in the middle of a Skype call with her best friend from home, Charlie. "Hannah, baby, why don't you go play outside in the garden, yeah? I heard the neighbours have a dog you could go look at" Amelia said, wanting to finish the conversation in private, bearing in mind what it was about.

"OK Ammy, I'll leave you with your boyfriend" She giggled before running away. Amelia rolled her eyes as she turned back to her best friend's blurry face on her laptop. Charlie was laughing his head off at the antics of her little sister, smirking at her when he'd calmed down. "I swear, she's convinced that we are secretly dating. I'm starting to think that's what you are telling her" he laughed, making her laugh and roll her eyes at him again. "Yeah, you wish, Charlie. I have my mind set on Vann Mccan and you know it" Amelia said, smirking at him as he fake pouted, making her giggle and take a screenshot of the face for her Instagram. Charlie took a picture of Amelia doing a stupid pose in return.

"In all seriousness, I miss you!" Charlie said, "Sixth-form just isn't going to be the same without you" he said, smiling sadly as Amelia returned the gesture, before a scream came from outside,   the voice of two boys mixed in with Hannah calling for her. "AMELIA HELP ME" she screamed. Amelia threw her laptop down and looked out the window, to see Hannah being chased around the neighbours garden by a Pomeranian puppy. "Hannah, why are you in the neighbours garden??" Amelia shouted,  jumping out of her floor level bedroom window and walking through the garden to the gaping hole in the fence.

"They said I could play with the dog but then it started to chase me!" Hannah shouted as the dog ran circles around her feet, yapping loudly. Amelia climbed through the fence, just as two boys walked out from behind the glass doors of the house. "Hey. I take it you are Amelia, Hannah's sister?" one questioned as Hannah clung to her side, hiding behind her. "Yeah, I am. and you are?" she asked, annoyed that they had left her baby-sister alone. I mean, she was 11 for christsakes!

"I'm Issac. That's my little brother Ben. He's 11. he wanted to ask your sister on a date" Issac smirked at Hannah as the adorable boy next to him blushed and tried to deny the accusation. "that's not true! I just saw that she was wearing a Star Wars t-shirt and asked if she wanted to watch it together" He said, blushing furiously as Hannah smiled at him and nodded. "Yeah sure " Hannah said, making the boy blush even more as a huge grin took over his features. Amelia rolled her eyes amusingly at the two of them, shaking her head. "I hate to break this to you, but the top Hannah is wearing is actually mine, and there's no way that I'm letting you go on a date with my baby sister."

"Aw, come on Amelia, pleasee? I never get to hang out with my friends!" Hannah said, almost winning her over with a pleading look. "No Hannah. no way." She replied, leaning down to stroke the dog laying at her feet. "Am, if you let me watch one  Star Wars film and stay for dinner, I'll ask dad if we can move the piano from my room to your's" Hannah, said, almost making her cave in again. "It's still a NO, Hannah. now, C'mon, I have to talk to Charlie. I was in the middle of calling him when I had to come to save you from a Pomeranian " Amelia said, rolling her eyes again before turning to face the fence once again.

"Let me stay to watch all the films, stay for dinner, and sleepover, and i'll help you sneak Charlie into the house for my birthday in two weeks." Hannah said, making Amelia turn around. the devious eleven-year-old smirked at her older sister, knowing that Amelia wouldn't turn down this offer, even if it meant that Am had to let her stay at a friend's house. who also happened to be a boy. Amelia sighed before nodding her head in defeat at the beaming pair of young kids.

"Thanks, Am, your the best!" Hannah said, before hugging her and climbing back through the fence, before popping her head back through to say to Ben; "I'll be back in 10 minutes" as she ran to the house. "I know for a fact that she'll be at least 20 minutes. and that she's also bringing about twenty pounds of lip gloss - just in-case you get any ideas, kiddo." Amelia said, smirking and lightly rolling her eyes as Ben blushed.  "Are you implying that my little brother has game? because if so, you are entirely correct. Of course he has game, he's related to me. and Will." Issac smirked, making Amelia slightly nervous to be leaving her little sister alone with them. "OK, change of plan. I'm staying over as well. There's no chance I'm leaving my sister alone with THREE guys. Even if she is only 11" Amelia replied, making Issac smirk. "Great. that was my plan all along. You can chill with me and Will whilst these two watch Star Wars like nerds." Issac grinned, just as Hannah stepped back through the fence.

"Yay, I'm glad you are staying as well, Am. That means you won't spend all night in your room talking to your BOYFRIEND" Hannah giggled, before grabbing Ben's hand and running inside with him. Amelia blushed, cursing Hannah silently in her mind. This Issac guy was cute, and he apparently had another brother who must be equally as attractive. Curse this family and it's good genes. Amelia thought as she followed Issac inside the large house, making sure to keep an eye on Ben and Hannah, who were talking about their favourite Star Wars characters as Amelia followed Issac up the stairs, leading her to a room in the attic. They stopped outside the door, with a poster of Catfish and The Bottlemen on it.

"Oi, Will, you tosser. I found her, the girl that was playing the song on the piano last night." Issac said through the door.  "what are you talking about? that wasn't me, what's a piano?"  Amelia babbled, blushing furiously. "my brother, Will, wanted me to invite you and your sister round today so he could meet the girl that played the song that he wants at his funeral." Issac answered, smirking before walking back down the stairs before Amelia could stop him.
