I waited in the art room where I had revealed myself to Sarah just only yesterday. It felt like a lifetime ago and I was already falling in love with her. There was one problem. She was not my girlfriend at least not yet. I had to figure out how to ask her in the best way possible because she deserves the best.

I heard the shower go on and raced over to the other side of the house knowing that Sarah would probably be in there for a bit.

"Mom," I shouted around the area of her room hoping she would be there, "Mom!"

"What's all the fuss about sweetheart?" She asked softly poking out of her room.

"I want you to meet Sarah." Her mouth opened slightly, but I knew what she was going to say, "I know it is soon, but I really like her and I want her to see what is getting herself into before we get into anything." I smiled at the thought of all the thing that could come in the future.

"Sounds lovely sweetheart," She smiled at a sound of defeat in her voice. Maybe a sound of fear. "I'll meet you and Sarah at the library in thirty minutes."

"Great. You'll love her," and before she could say anything I hugged her and ran down the hall to grab Sarah.

I knocked on her door I hear a mumble that sounded like a come in, so I did. I waltzed in and was speechless. Sarah's hair was beautifully curled and down. She had on high-waisted, white, ripped jeans that embodied her hips perfectly. Her top was a knitted light pink tank top and she had a light gray, knee-length cardigan with a fringe on the end. She had on white converse that completed the outfit.

"Too much? Too little?" She inquired.

"I love it. And if I love she is going to love it," I said smiling.

I grabbed her hand and pulled her with me. I stopped dead in my tracks.

"What's wrong?" Sara wondered with her eyebrow furrowed and her eyes looked like she did something wrong.

"I forgot," I replied as I kissed her lips for a second, "I forgot to say how beautiful you are today."

She remained speechless, but she smiled and blushed as I continued to pull her towards the library.

I loved the library. It was similar to the one in Beauty and the Beast but had more of Sara's favorites, like romance and best sellers from today. She still loved Shakespeare and King Authur because you could find any one of those books in that library.

That's why I started liking her a year or two ago was because she cherished literature so very much. Instead of spending her money on clothes or cars or technology she would buy books. The ones she loved she would keep at the library, the ones that she did not care for she gave to charity.

"Why are we going to the library?" She inquired.

"You shall see madame," I answered with a smile.

We stopped. I checked my watch. It had been thirty minutes since I had talked to my mother.

"Close your eyes," I instructed. Sara did as told and I opened the door up.

My mom had a pile of books on the table closest to the door and I nudged Sara closer to the table. She instinctively put her hands out and started flaring them to see where she was. What ended up happening was her arms hitting the books that fell on my mother. I just stood there in shock. I put my palm to my face and went over to Sara to grab her had.

"I heard books drop. Can I open up my eyes now," She laughed flaring her hand even more.

I grabbed her hand and kissed it.

"Can you control your hands if you do?" I joked.

She nodded and opened her eyes. She looked at me smiling. Then she looked over at the desk realizing there was a lady with a pile of books on her.

"Oh, my," Sara exclaimed, "I'm so sorry," She said grabbing books off the women.

"No, no. It's my fault. The books were stacked so high it should have been unsafe and I'm surprised it hadn't fallen earlier," My mom laughed," Besides there's no harm done." She noted as she lifted herself through the books turning transparent for just a second.

Sara acted as if it was a normal thing.

My mom turned to me, "Wow. Not even a reaction. Now you don't find a girl like that every day." My mom winked.

I started to blush. I turned to Sara and she had finally put the pieces together by the expression of amazement that had replaced confusion.
