Braylins pov
The warm, grey cement streets and lightly colored sidewalks were so much better than looking at snow and ice in England. I finally felt like i was living with my new best friend Jen skating besides me.
I was extremely but pleasantly surprised at Jens good job with boarding, causing me to smile just thinking about it. She looked over at me.
"What. Is something funny?" She asks me. I was enjoying The breeze in my hair that it took me a second to reply.
" No not at all! I'm just thinking about everything thats happened. Its great, really." I said.
She just smiled too. The palm trees barely swaying and the sun on my skin felt so perfect. We skated past the beach to the Center Valley. I'm just assuming that because it's basically an out door mall shaped in a circle. Its sick. Like really cool! I saw cameron chilling inside the pizzeria.
"Hey Jen i see Cameron in there!" I said as we rolled up the sidewalks.
I jumped off my board flicking it up to my hand to catch it as i walked in with Jen.
"Haaayyy gurl!" I said to Cameron as i fixed my beanie.
"Hey Braylin! I got a table in the back so no one would see Jen." Cameron said as he smiled at her.
"Hi I'm Cameron! Cameron Dallas!" He said as he went to shake hands.
"Hi Cameron I'm Jen. I'm i dont shake hands." She said. "I hug!"she smiled hugging him. He hugged back.
We walked to the table and ordered pizza. We basically just talked about life and how i ended up here and my family. A lot also about Cameron's family and California too. Then it switched to Jens career.
"So what are you filming?" Cameron asked. "Or are you not".
"No i am! We are doing Mocking Jay currently." She said smiling.
"Fun! So when will you be busy?" I asked her genuinely concerned.
"Everyday except for Sundays. I leave around 9am and I'm back around 6. So i will be home around dinner." She said.
"I will be alone!" I said laughing.
"You will be fine! You can explore the Las Angeles streets! Its really nice also! And you have Cameron too!" Jen explained to me.
"True!" He smiled as he high fives me.
"Yeah. So Cameron, Jen has some skills on my penny board!" I laughed.
"Oh really! We will have to go boarding sometime!" He assured.
"Yeah on like Monday after work. Its nice out here at night! And we can go to the fro-yo house!" Jen. Said.
"So tomorrow." I laughed. Everyone else did also.
Cameron reached for his phone.
"Wow! It's already 8:34. Well I'm going to get going. I will see you guys tomorrow?" Cameron asked as he got up.
"Totally!" I said. We all hugged and we went our ways back home.
I dropped my board and Jen did also and we road home in the sunset. Went to bed. And drooled ourselves to sleep. Or at least i did:/
