My Mom ended up finding me and we left the funeral early. I was an emotional wreck, but I mean who wouldn't be? "I hope Jack forgives me." I whispered looking out the car window. The wind started howling and it started to sprinkle. I sat in the passenger seat watching the rain drops drip down the window just like the tears rolling off my face. It was a sad day... But all of the sudden, I became more depressed then I was before.

We finally reached my beautiful little tan home. The flowers in the front yard were bright and stuck out in this sappy weather. I ran through the white doors- up the dark wood stairs closing the door leading into my purple room. I had a great big window looking over our town since we lived on the highest point of a large hill. Next to my window was a corner that my white wooden desk sat. That's usually where if do my homework or thought most of the time. In front of my bed was my closet. It was small, but spacing was manageable.

I jumped on my bed and sat, staring at the lights of the small town and the sunset just behind the big oak tree In front of my room. My eyes were then drawn to a small silver necklace laying on my desk, then a familiar memory came back to me...

-----------------FLASHBACK-------------

"Jack I'm coming, just hang on a second!" I chuckle whispering talking into the phone, "It's 3 in the morning! I don't want to wake my parents!"

"Ok, I'm outside your window! We can't miss the sunrise!" Jack replied, making me smile.

Today Was my birthday and Jack wanted to do something special for me, he said he was taking me to a secret spot to watch the sunrise. I know, it's your typical date but I was excited. It's the thought that counts and he always wanted to do little sweet things for me which always made me so giddy! He makes me happy, what can I say! And yes, my parents have no idea I'm leaving right now, and it's not like I'm gonna go tell them- it's 3 in the morning for heavens sake!

I finally put my boots on and I slowly opened my window looking down to see Jack staring up at me, "Good Morning and Happy Birthday Sweets." He called in a whisper showing his big smile.

"Good Morning my Prince Charming," I answered smiling back jumping from my window the the oak tree. I carefully climbed down turning around to find him grab my hand.

"I can't wait for you to see."

"See what?" I asked blushing.

"I guess you'll just have to wait." He smirked.

We hopped into the car and Jack put a blindfold on me so I didn't know where we were going. I hated and loved surprises at the same time, it's like you want to know what's going to happen, but you don't want to spoil it! So, I just kept my mouth shut and let Jack do what he wanted to do, it want worth putting up a fight.

Finally the car came to a stop and Jack came out to help me since I was blinded. "You look cute in a blindfold" jack said and I could tell he was smiling without even having to look at his handsome face.

"Oh thanks, it's a great quality of mine." I replied back, "So even though I look pretty good in this blindfold- can I look yet?" I ask.

"Alright, on the count of 3- 1... 2...

3!"

I ripped that blindfold off so fast eager to find what he had in store! And I immediately was blown away! We were on a big hill in the middle of nature! Nothing but green surrounded us and a blanket was laid down in front of me. Candles surrounded the red blanket and they must've been tropical scented, my favorite! Laying in the middle of the blanket was a basket. "What's in the basket Jack?!" I asked astonished of all he did for me!

"Breakfast and my gift for you." He answered running to the basket, "First I want to give you my gift" He pulled out a white box opening it to reveal a small heart shaped necklace with the words "Happy Birthday Ash, I love you. XO. -Jack" and a small diamond on the corner of the heart.

I put my hand over my mouth at how beautiful this necklace was! "I love you too." I said to Jack looking into his crisp blue eyes, grabbing his face and pressing his lips on mine, oh the sweet taste of his lips made me melt.

----------END OF FLASHBACK----------

Suddenly I was pulled out of my sweet flashback and back into the painful reality by my phone buzzing like crazy. I was getting thousands of texts messages from blocked numbers saying "Boyfriend killer." "No one will ever forgive you." "How could you live with yourself?" and "Why don't you just go kill yourself." I was astonished at these hurtful messages.

"It wasn't even my fault!" I thought, "Or maybe they're right. Maybe it WAS my fault." My eyes teared up and in a matter or minutes I was balling. Maybe I should just kill myself.
