The trio of young adventurers set off for Frisk's house, in the new part of town. Getting there was easy. But getting out of the woods wasn't.
"Wait how did we even end up here again?" asked a confused Mabel.
"I- uh- hm.... I actually don't have a single clue. We were walking with Sans and we ended up here I guess?" replied a confused Dipper.
"Sounds about right!" confirmed Mabel.
"Mhm." Agreed Frisk.

It took the trio a while to get out of the woods. But nonetheless, they made it out. Snow makes things look much different.
"Jheez, this place looks so different with snow. Its like a whole new town!" commented Dipper.
The snowfall had halted for quite sometime, and was expected to start up again soon, as predicted by the weather forecast.

And after a while of Frisk taking the lead to their house, they finally saw it.
Frisk's home.

There it stood.
The Dreemurr residence.
It looked like any other ordinary house, just maybe a little bit bigger to accommodate the monsters.
It certainly looked impressive in comparison though.
A standard-ish brick house, with windows and plenty of would-be flowers if it weren't for the snow.
Frisk walked up to the door, and knocked. Within a few seconds, someone was at the door, unlocking it.
"My child! I did not know you would take so long to get back here. Where did you go?"
Answered a friendly, motherly voice.
"Woods. Got lost." answered Frisk.
"Oh dear Frisk, whatever will I do with you? Oh! These must be your friends, Dipper and Mabel, the Pines, yes?"
"That's us! Well me, I'm Mabel, legendary knit master!"
"And I'm Dipper. Weirdness seeker and documenting said weirdness."
"My, my! A lively pair aren't you? Come inside, it's cold outside in the snow."
The twins followed the fluffy-goat thing inside her home.
It wasn't a big nor small house by any means, just right for Frisk and their monster family.

"Oh! How rude of me, I didn't even introduce myself. My name is Toriel. Former caretaker of the Ruins in the underground and motherly figure to Frisk. I live here with Frisk, Sans and Papyrus. Although I do not think you have met Papyrus yet. Do you want me to call him down for you?"
"Yes please mom! You know Papyrus likes new friends."
"You're right there Frisk. I will go get him."
Toriel went up the stairs to find Papyrus. Leaving Mabel, Dipper and Frisk alone to talk.
"So wait, Toriel is your mom?" pondered Dipper.
"Mmm... Yeah. Adoptive I think is the word. Had no where to go after the underground."
"Awh, Frisk! That's sad."
"Hm. Kinda."

Suddenly, a loud, energetic and cheery voice boomed out of an upstairs room. "NYEH?! MORE SQUISHY SKELETON FRIENDS?" Big footsteps could be heard as whatever it was that was making a racket, approached its door.
The door opened.
And from the top of the stairs, the skull of a skeleton could be seen peeping around the corner.

"AHA! FRISK! MY TINY ARMORED SKELETON FRIEND! HAVE YOU MADE FRIENDS WITH MORE SKELETONS IN SQUISHY ARMOR? IT CERTAINLY LOOKS LIKE YOU HAVE!"
The skeleton began making his way downstairs from, what probably is, his room.
"This must be Papyrus..." Dipper thought to himself. "It's like another Mabel, only louder."

"MY MY, YOU ARE DEFINITELY SMALLER COMPARED TO YOUR FRIENDS HERE, FRISK. MUCH LIKE SANS AND I! SPEAKING OF, WHO ARE YOU TWO SLIGHTLY TALLER HUMANS?"
"HIIII! Wow, you're just like pans! A skeleton that is pretty much the size of one of us human fellas! My name is Mabel, and that is a well knitted scarf, I am SLIGHTLY jealous right now."
As usual, after Mabel abruptly introduces herself, Dipper does.
"And uh... I'm Dipper. I enjoy investigations and the stuff my sister deems nerdy. We are the Pines twins! We visited here during the summer."
"SUMMER... HMMMM... ISN'T THAT THE VERY SUNNY SEASON? THAT'S ROUGHLY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE YEAR?"
"Uh-huh! Yeah! That's correct."

"NYEH! I KNEW IT! OH AND DID YOU SAY 'PANS', MABEL?"
Mabel facepalmed.
"AH! I pronounced it wrong again!"
"DO NOT WORRY! AT LEAST YOU HAVEN'T CALLED HIM 'CANS' YET, AS THE SPIDER LADY MUFFET HAS BEFORE!"
Papyrus glanced at a clock hanging up on the wall.
"MY MY, LOOK AT THE TIME. I'VE BEEN DOWN HERE FOR 12 MINUTES! I'D BETTER GET BACK TO WHAT I WAS DOING. IM SURE IT WAS A FANTASTIC TIME MEETING ME, THE GREAT PAPYRUS!"
Papyrus proceeded to walk up the stairs and into his room, backwards.

"Well that was an introduction. Is he always like this?" Asked Dipper.
"Most of the time. Yeah. But he's a good skeleton." responded Frisk.
"Its like another loud Mabel."
Mabel looked at Dipper.
"Hey! You're actually kinda right! That is amazing."
Frisk led the twins upstairs into their room.
"So... What do we want to do?" asked Frisk.
To which Mabel, had a few ideas and tricks up her long, knitted sleeves.
