While the others celebrated the crowning of the new king, the king himself stressed over his mother and his sick friend. Lukas met with him and rushed to his side.

"Lukas!"

"Are you alright?"

"No I am NOT alright, my psycho mother poisoned our friend and tried to kill you, she could try it again!"

"Yes, I know, we established all this earlier. The question is what are we going to do?"

"I have no idea, we sent men to find her, she has to be hiding in Russia, and we can't just go kicking the crazy faces door down."

"We don't have resources to go to war right now either." Lukas worried.

"Then what should we do?"

"I know that we should deal with this ourselves, but maybe it won't hurt to ask Berwald for advice?"

"But we don't know when they'll be back."

"He has my little brother, he better come back soon."

"Alright we wait for Berwald, but what if another assassin comes after you?"

Lukas let a tiny smirk cross his lips. "Between you and me there's already someone in the hall waiting for me." He whispered.

Mikkel looked over him at the door and a snarl crossed his lips. "Right now?"

"Right now." Lukas nodded.

"You aren't leaving my sight till Berwald gets back." Mikkel said sternly.

"Oh? Are you going to protect me?" Lukas mocked.

"Yeah, I'll be the Berwald to your Tino."

"Okay well don't make this weird." The Norde backed away.

"Let's go kick that Assassins ass."

Emil held a box while Leon filled it with spices. Tino had been lead to a room where he could rest and try to heal in peace. Unfortunately for Emil, Leon was a busy boy who needed a lot of help around the store.

"So, tiny guy. Where are you from?"

Emil bit his lip keeping his cool. "Norway." He answered. "Where are you from?"

The dark haired man looked around his shop and then back at the boy. "Are you serious?"

"No, I know you are from China." Emil smirked cockily.

"Oh good, you aren't as dumb as you look."

"You make it very difficult to not hit you." Emil grumbled.

"Love to see that kid."

"I'm not a kid."

"Oh yeah? How old are you?"

"I'm 13."

Leon smirked. "But I bet you still sleep with a doll."

"I don't have a doll..... I have a pet Puffin."

"Right. Then what are you to the prince?" Leon went on.

"I am a friend."

Leon took the box and placed it into the shelf and pulled out the next one giving it to Emil.

"A friend huh, and how does one become friends with a prince."

"By BEING a prince." He grumbled.

"Oh? Looks like we have something in common."

"What?"

"What."

Berwald's carriage finally came back to the castle. When he got there the visitors had already left the party. The tall swede rushed into the castle to see three men chained up while soldiers took them away. Mikkel stood with his arms crossed and Lukas caught sight of Ber. Mikkel followed his eyes and rushed up to the tall male.

"Berwald! How's Tino." the new king called.

"Alright, for now."

"Where's Emil?" Lukas came up behind Mikkel.

"With Tino, he's safe."

"Smart, since those idiot assassins couldn't pick off you or Lukas, I suppose Emil would have been the next target." Mikkel agreed.

Lukas looked a bit worried but said nothing after Mikkel reminded him of the threats.

"Now Ber, you know I'm proud and not one to ask for help...... But I'm going to anyways. I don't know what to do about my mother."

"S' fine, I do."
