chapter 23-just another day in paradise

(Erins POV)

Me and Jay went home late last night because we had his parents hang out. Last night was great! I got to meet a family I never had and I hope I will have.jay and his mom are both so close there are days were I still wonder my mom still has to be around, I guess I was wrong. I felt a huge muscular arm wrap around my entire body. I started into his beautiful eyes. I get lost in jays eyes.

E <"hey"

J <"hey beautiful"

E <"I hate to say this, but we have to get up....we have work"

J <"okay. Can we just have a moment where time freezes"

E <"that would be amazing. I have to take a shower"

J <"Okay, see you in there soon"

E <"jay"

J <"what I need one to. I hate showers alone"

E <"Yeah Okay"
(She giggled and walked into the bathroom. She slowly got undressed when the door was open. Jay bite his lip and got out of bed and walked into the bathroom. He got undressed and met Erin in the shower. She was washing her hair and he put his hands on the side of her body and rubbed them up and down her sides. She turned around and kissed him. He just held her in his arms enjoying the moment before they had to chase down bad guys. They were in the shower for about 10 minutes just talking, hugging, kissing, laughing and didn't realize the time they had to be at work is 20 minutes. They jumped out and got dressed after they dried off. They rushed into the car and on there way to the district. They arrived at the district and walked them selves in)

P <"detective Lindsay, detective chuckles"

E+j <"good morning platt"
(They walked upstairs into the bullpen laughing)

J <"that women and her smart ass remarks"(he giggled as they walked into the bullpen)

E <"i find it funny"

J <"it is"

A <"hey lovebirds, where have you been"

J <"on our special vacation, why did poor you not get one"

A <"no"

R <"don't worry Atwater, we will take our romantic vacation. We just need voights permission"

R <"voight"
(He screamed)

V <"yeah"

R <"Can me and the love of my life (He put his hand on Atwater back) take our vacation off"

V <"Yeah sure, don't come back"(the whole team giggled)

A <"get you hand off me man"

R <"oh baby what's wrong"(he played with Atwater cheeks)

J <"rusek I think if you wanna live linger you better stop what you are doing"

R <"it's just a joke guys"

Eveyone<"we know rusek"(they all laughed so hard. Jay and Erin were in the corner. Jays arm was wrapped around erins shoulders pulling her in close and her head was pressed up against his chest, enjoying the moment before catching bad guys. Voight was in his office doorway, admiring how happy his daughter looks. He grinned. Erins phone rang, she exited the hold she was in by Jay and answered the phone)

E <"hello, this is detective Erin Lindsay"
