It was already Monday morning i woke up late as usual, Olivia had already left for work before i woke up...i brushed my teeth, had my bath applied little eye makeup and lipstick,i wore a black body con gown with red heels
I arrived the office around 9:15am  i was really late....Miss Williams, Mr Walter wants you in his office said Mia Mr Walter secretary the Indian lady with a strong India ascent"you should have just called me on the phone instead of coming all the way" i said arranging all the necessary file i had to take to Mr Walters office.....Why are you staring at me like that, i realised Mia has been staring at me the whole time while i was arranging the file, i love your dress she giggled are you trying to seduce our boss said Mia winking at me....are you crazy? how dare you say that moreover Mr Walter is not my type i said.. Come on Tash i was only joking replied Mia..i have told you times without number its Tasha not Tash or better still just call me Natasha i replied angrily leaving Mia behind as i walked to the elevator
As soon i opened Mr Walter's office door all the files i was holding fell off and landed on the floor with the papers scattered everywhere....Why are you such a clumsy idiot Miss Williams, immediately the young man sitting on the sofa came to help me as i raised my head to thank him i realised it was Richard....What are you doing here? i whispered, Richard was also surprised when he realised it was me.....Hey!! Tasha how are you doing? Said Richard smiling, Richard come on there is no need for that don't help her said Mr Walter, as soon as we were done packing the files we both stood up...thank you i mumbled....Miss Williams don't just stand there bring those files...immediately i took the files to Mr Walter, i felt Richard staring at me from behind.... Richard stop staring at her like that come and have your sit dude said Mr Walter smiling...Miss Williams that's Mr Richard Tyler my cousin said Mr Walter "we have already met said Richard smiling, if there is anything i liked about Richard is the fact that he always looks happy and very jovial....Ok then that's good, Miss Williams you can go back to your office said Mr Walter grinning.
I kept filing reports and updating everything that needed to be updated it was already 3:00pm and i realised it was already past my lunch time i arranged my table and got ready to go for lunch when Richard came out of the elevator...i thought you have gone i asked surprised...not yet dear but am already living i was wondering would you mind joining me for lunch...Ermmm don't worry just go alone am not really hungry i smiled weakly unfortunately for me my stomach rumbled as i said that....Wow i thought you just said you are not hungry said Richard laughing really hard then i also joined him in laughing its been awhile since i laughed this way...OK fine i will join you for lunch i replied smiling.....We went to my favorite eatery Beverly Hills....Richard and i ordered for the same thing sandwich and Milkshake "can you please stop staring at me that way" i said shyly....i love your face,dress,body and everything that's why i cant take my eyes off you said Richard holding my hand...."Remember you said we will just be friends and nothing more" i replied removing my hand from his...yeah that's right, am sorry if what i just said annoyed you said Richard sadly...that's okay am not mad at you, so Mr Walter is your cousin?...yeah he is my cousin he can be very troublesome though, hope he doesn't stress you too much? Because i know how he can be very annoying at times said Richard, he is actually very annoying and i hate him i replied angrily.. I knew that was coming he is actually fun to be with just that when it comes to his job he is over serious.....he doesn't look fun to me i replied chewing my last sandwich, immediately my phone rang "Miss Williams where the hell are you? That was Mr Walter on the phone....i think i should go back to the office its already 5:30 pm i didn't even take notice of time till now...OK then i will drop you off said Richard "don't bother yourself i will just get a cab and go back  then i grabbed my phone and headed for the door unfortunately for me my normal clumsiness  happened i slipped and fell on the floor spraining my ankle..ouch i cried out, Richard Immediately came to my rescue, obviously everyone was already staring at me i held my ankle in pain..am so sorry dear said Richard sadly holding my ankle....nooo don't touch it, it hurts i cried out holding Richard's hand tight it really hurts Chris don't touch it, immediately i hugged Richard really tight and Whispered in his ears i really love you Chris don't leave me i cried out loud ....its alright Natasha said Richard rubbing my back, then i realised the voice wasn't Chris voice and i was still on the floor i felt ashamed with everyone looking at us then i slowly unwrapped myself from Richard and wiped the tears on my face...can we go i said shyly, i tried getting up but i couldn't, don't worry i will help you then Richard carried me in bridal style and took me to the car we didn't talk to each other until he passed my Office...Richard you just passed my office i said looking surprised ...you need to rest i will tell Walter what happened replied Richard..what about my car and my hand bag its still at the office...i will get it for you.....The silence continued till we got to my apartment, Richard still carried me down from the car, he opened my apartment door and took me inside putting me on the couch then he turned to leave i noticed his coldness towards me " sorry i called you Chris" i said sadly ...its OK replied Richard then he left without saying anything.
