It jolted me awake. I was still startled after the encounter from earlier. I grabbed my pocket knife and decided to go and check out where it had been coming from and to see who or even what it could have been. I make my way down the long, dark and desolate hallway to the isolated elevator. I'm on the top floor so I have to go to the Basement since it is the only other floor, right? I get down the elevator and notice Tan is missing from her cell. Subjects 3 and 4 are also behaving very strangely. They are talking to me and screaming things I never knew such mouth of any person could say. I hear the scream from earlier. It was coming from below me. Their were no floors below this one I didnt think. I see the only rug in that hall and I pull it up. A small hatch door is there. I slowly open it as it creaks very loudly. I go down the stairs it led to. The stairs lead to one long hallway. I heard the screams again. It was to the right of me. I went right down the long hallway. I turned in at the only room down that way. My pocket knife still being clutched by my hand. The room is dark and I turn on the light. I see Tan in the corner rocking back and forth and screaming. She was afraid of "that bad man" and his "return". I tell her to get back to her cell and that she's gonna be just fine. I lead her back to her cell and tell her just to go sleep. It is only then I noticed subject 3 was missing. I hear light footsteps behind me and I look and I see presumably subject 3, Joe. He is shuffling in a weird manner towards me. I also see that he has something in his hand, a knife. What have I gotten myself into?
