A Summer to Remember

Kayla's POV

"Come on in," Amelia said opening the door wider. "Thanks, so what are we planning on doing tonight?" Will asked. "I don't know, maybe talk and then watch a movie?" Amelia asked. "That sounds great!" Austin said. "Well come sit," Ruby said. "So what floor are you on Will?" I asked. "Floor 28, room 295," Will said. "Oh cool," I said. "I live just down the road," Austin said. "Oh, so how far?" I asked. "Um walking, probably about 5 minutes, so pretty close," Austin said. By now, it was 9:05 pm and we were just starting the movie. I feel kinda bad for Ruby since she's sitting over there by herself on the couch. But I don't think she minds, she's probably just thinking about Ethan, the guy we met earlier, the one that hit her in the head with the ball on accident. I couldn't help but laugh when it happened, after I knew she was okay. "Y'all want some popcorn?" Ruby asked as she stood up. "Sure I'll help you," I said. "Here, I'll help." Austin said. "No, that's fine, you and Will just stay there," Ruby said.I motioned for Amelia to get up also so we could talk. "Guys, this is going great, don't ya think?" Amelia asked."Yah it is,I think Austin really likes me, and I like him too!" I said. "Yah, things are going good with me and Will too." Amelia responded.

Will's POV

"Things are going great! You like her, don't you!"I said quietly. "Yah I really do, and I think she may even like me too!" Austin said. "Yah, I think she does, and  I can tell Anelia likes me!" I said. "Yah, I-" started Austin. "Shh,they're coming back." I said quickly. "Oh yum!" I said when Amelia set a bowl of popcorn on my lap."Yah, we make pretty good popcorn!" Amelia says while laughing. "I bet y'all do!" said Austin while smiling."It's actually just from a bag," Kayla said while laughing. "Oh, well its still very good!" Austin said while putting a handful in his mouth. The movie just ended and it's 11:00 pm. "Kayla just yawned, I think we better go, we'll let y'all get some sleep." Austin said. "Like were actually gonna go to sleep!" Kayla said. "Well still, its getting late...oh and one more thing, would y'all wanna go to the beach with us tomorrow?" Austin asked. "Yah definitely!" says Amelia."What time?" Ruby asked. "Um, 11:00 am? You can meet us at my apartment, room 295!" "Okay,perfect!" I said."Goodnight!" me and Austin said while walking out the door.

Amelia's POV

"That was great! I loved it! I think I really like Will..." I said."Yah me too! and oh yah!? I think he really likes u too!" Kayla said. "See, aren't y'all glad I invited him? and that he invited Austin?" Ruby said happily."Yes! thank youu!" me and Kayla both said."Oh, and same with you Kayla! He likes you, we can all tell! And you like him too!" I said."Yah I do," Kayla said while laughing. "Well I'm tired, so I'm gonna get to bed," I said. "Okay me too," Kayla said."Yah, goodnight guys!"

Ruby's POV

It's 9:00 am right now, and were going to the surf shop! I out on black shorts, a blue tanktop and black converse."Y'all ready?" I asked."Yep! were ready!" Kayla and Amelia said. As soon as we got out of the building we walked over to the surf shop which is like almost 5 minutes away and walked in.*gasp*"Look! It's Ethan!" Amelia said."Yah it is! Go talk to him!invite him to the beach with us!" Kayla said. "Okay! I said excitedly."Hey Ethan!" I said."Oh hey! Oh and sorry about hitting u with the ball on accident...I feel really bad about it." Ethan said."Oh its fine...it was totally my fault, I wasn't paying attention." I said."Well I'm glad your okay!" Ethan said."Yah!anyway...would u like to come to the beach with me, Amelia and Kayla? And there's also 2 other friends of ours...well I say friends but its more like they're dating(Amelia and Kayla)...so, would you like to come?Were going at 11 am." I said hopefully."Yah! that'd be fun! Yah I'll come!" Ethan said while smiling."Great! why don't you neet as in front the the apartments over there?" I said. "Okay sounds good!" Ethan said. "Great, see ya then!" I said excitedly.       "Soo, can he come?!"Amelia asked."Yah! he'll meet us in front of the apartments..." I said. "Great!" Kayla said.

Kayla's POV (back in our room)

After we got back to the apartment, we changed into our swimsuits...I put on my black and dark pink bikini and black flip flops, Amelia put on her red one with red shorts on and red sunglasses on and red flip flops... and Ruby put her

black one on and black flip flops on. And we grabbed our bag with towels, sunscreen, ext. and left to meet the guys. *knock*knock* "Hey guys!" Y'all ready?," asked Austin. "Yep were ready..oh and I hope its okay, Ruby invited a another guy that she met yesterday to come..he's meeting us in front of the building." Kayla said."Yah, that's fine! that way u won't be alone!" Will said.We walked out and Ruby went to meet Ethan who was standing in the front."Hey Ethan, I'm Will and this is Austin!" Will said."Hey, nice to meet y'all!  Ethan said. After about a half hour in the water, me and Austin decided to get out and sit. I was kinda happy that he said I was his girlfriend, although I don't know if he was just saying that to make her jealous, or if he really thought that. "Your GIRLFRIEND?!" She said, more like yelled."Yes, his girlfriend." I respond. "YOUR his girlfriend? Yah, I don't think so, you cant just take him...we did date for a whole year." Stacy says."Yah, you DID...but but if I'm not mistaken, he broke up with you...and I can date whoever I want."I say while smiling. She let out a grunt and walked away.
