"You guys shouldn't order her around like that. She could hurtcha." Gabriel's trademark smirk was back. "Listen, I don't know what game you're playing here. But Beth is our responsibility, and we're going to keep her safe." Sam hissed.
Gabriel chuckled. "You really don't know, do you?"
"Know what?" Sam was intrigued, yet he wasn't going to admit it.
"What she is. Or, well, was."
"Just tell us already!" Dean suddenly boomed.
What was she? They had tested her for everything. Silver... Holy water... Salt... They would have known if she was anything but human.
Gabriel laughed at their confusion.
"First of all, originally, she wasn't your sister."
"Yeah, we know that. Her brother died. We adopted her." Dean stepped up.
"No. As in, before she walked among the earth. Before she was human. She wasn't your sister. She was mine."
"You mean...?" Sam stuttered.
"That's right, Samsquatch." Gabriel said.
"I don't get it, what's going on?" The oldest Winchester asked.
"Lizbeth," Gabriel smiled, "Your sister", he gave a pause, "is a fallen angel."
