I got up silently from my bed. I didn't feel Jerry next to my side. As soon as I turn over, I noticed that his side of the bed was perfectly made. I could hear the shower fan on in the bathroom. Jerry must have taken a shower after he got out of bed. Some reason I remember the words that Derrek told me yesterday. Why did he mean by 'they all to'? Why did he get close to me too? Doesn't he understand that I'm happily married? I slowly got up and instead of taking a shower, I took a soothing bath. After the bath, I changed in my slippers and a robe. I dried my hair with a towel and went to the kitchen for a snack. Heather was watching her show on the TV as Ally was playing with her dolls on the ground. As soon as I made myself some cereal, the doorbell rang loudly so we can hear. I went to the door and saw nothing, but a small package at the bottom of the porch. I forget everything that is on my mind. Maybe when you say my name. Or maybe it's the way you smile. Then again it might be just everything. Your bright hazel eyes. Your beautiful hazel hair flowing through the wind the way you move. But I guess I'll never know what it is. My true feelings I could never reveal to you. I'll just admire you from a distance. I'm just admiring from a distance. I'm not sure what else there is to do.

Sincerely,

Your Secret Admirer

I dropped the letter on the table. I started to wonder who-who sent this to me until I noticed there was something else in the box. I picked it up and read the words on the back 'High School 1996'. I flipped it over and noticed I was on the right and someone else was on the left. We both were in our caps in gowns; ready to graduate high school, but who was next to me. I looked closer and closer till my eyes open. Derrek...
