Brain and nervous system: Zombie specialists belive that there is no higher brain funtion. As long as the motor funtion of the brain is intact,a zombie will continue to want to eat you.
Cirulatory system: Zombie blood is thick and black, and is called "ZOMBIE OIL" by some researchers. The blood has stopped, so the blood is moved through the body by muscle funtion. This allows a severly damaged zombie to continue to survive.
Muscles and Skeleton: Zombie can be slow or soups fast depending on how far along their muscles givers are developed. Zombie muscles become thick and tight,like a rope, especially in the jaw area. The skeletal sysyem is also affected. Extra bone is added to the lower jaw area to help with biting through flesh and bone to get their fave meal brains.
Life expectancy: Eventually a zombie will lose its teeth b/c they are not adapted to the force on the jaw. They will also lose hair and skin will decay shortly after transformation. A zombie is riddled with bacteria,fungi,maggots, and other nasty sh¡zn¡t. So you should smell them before you see them. Most zombies will live less than a year because they aren't immortal. The level of decomposition will tell how old they are.
1 week to three months: skin is riddled and sores have pale blue tint.
4 to 9months old: nose,ears are rotting. most likely missing fingers and toes. Also gets a kinda greenish tint.
9 months to a 1½ years: most of teeth are missing and large area of skull and bones are showing. one or no eyes loses of limbs. skin Colorado changes to brown.
