"Theodora?" I ask sitting up. Ashton began to move around and mumbled profanities when he saw the light on. He quickly covered his mouth when he saw that Ally began to wake up too. "Who is he?" She asks nodding towards Ashton. "This is Ashton, my boyfriend." I say slowly. She nods and asks, "Why is he on our sofa?" "We were watching Dora." I say simply. "Oh, ok then." She trails off. "Why are you here?" I ask her. "I came to visit for a while, I was just passing through town." She states.

"Oh, Mom and Dad aren't home yet, I was just watching Ally, I don't know when they'll be ho-" I was cut off by my Mom asking, "When who will be home?" She looks at me, then sees Ashton and raises an eyebrow towards him. Then my Dad came in and was about to say something then saw Ashton and asked, "Oh, who are you?" Ashton's eyes widen almost as if he forgot he was here. "I-I'm Ashton, I was just leaving." He began to get up, but I grabbed his hand and asked, "See you tomorrow, after I go to school, yeah?" He nods and says, "Bye, Brigh, I'll call you later." He quickly hugged me as my parents watched intently. He slightly waved to them and left without saying another word.

After he got out of the door, my dad angrily asked, "What was he doing here?" I felt my mouth drop open as I tried to find the words to say something. "He was, he, we, he was helping me with Ally." I stammered out. "What did you need help with?" My Dad asks folding his arms across his chest. "I-I couldn't reach something, and I-I couldn't find a step ladder, and he was in the area, so yeah." I lied. "Mmm." My Dad hums now tapping his foot on the ground. "Well, Ally, you're parents are home now, so get Brighton to take you home." My Mom says. I nod and pick up Ally, then set her on the floor. I grab her small hand and walked to the front door. I opened the door, as someone turned off the tv, and began to lead Ally to her house not bothering to put on my shoes. I brought her to the front door, then rang the door bell. Her Mom answered and Ally ran in an hugged her. "Thank-You Brighton, have a good-night." Her Mom says before I say, "It was good having her around, we just watched Dora then slept a little, good-night Mrs. Banks." I wave before turning around as she shut the door.

I got to my front door when suddenly I heard Ashton say, "Brighton!" I turn around and see him sitting in his car on my driveway.

"Ashton? What are you doing here?" "I wanted to know if I could sneak you out?" I laugh and say, "Let me go get shoes, and tell my parents I'm going out with Josie, so they won't get worried." He nods as I run back inside, picking up my flip-flops and shouting, "I'm walking to Josie's house!" I got a quick reply of, "Ok, have fun!" I then run outside and get into the passenger side of Ashton's car. "So, where are we going?" I ask. "The mall!" He says causing me to go into a fit of laughter. "Where in the mall?" I ask while I contained my laughter. "I need new drumsticks, and I thought you might want to come along." He says smiling as he backed out of my driveway. "Yeah! Sounds cool." I say not bothering to put on my seat belt like usual. "I've noticed in the past few times I've been in a car with you, you don't wear a seatbelt." He says slowly. "Yeah, when I was little I was in a minor car crash with my parents and had a bruise for weeks because of the seatbelt." I say shyly. He nods and says, "Well, you could get in ever more pain if you don't wear a seatbelt." I sigh an reach over to the annoying little belt, and clip it in place. "Good, now there's no worries." He whispers. "If I get hurt because of this seatbelt, I blame you, Irwin." I say pretending to be angry. He smiles and playfully asks, "You won't really kill me because then who'd you have for a boyfriend?" "Josie." I respond causing him to laugh. "Did you really just do that?" He asks laughing even harder. "Yes, but I think she'd be a horrible person to date, she'd cheat on me with your own band-mate Michael." I laugh and he says, "We have to get them together, you saw the way they were flirting, and it'd be a thank-you to Josie for setting us up." I nod as we pulled into the mall parking lot.

We walked through the mall searching for the music store. We finally spot it and Ashton runs in with me following behind him. He grabs the drum sticks and says, "Yes! These are perfect!" He kisses them and I laugh at him, which made him blush slightly. "Well, I'm glad you found your sticks." I smile. He grabs my hand with his free hand and leads me to the counter. We stood there waiting from someone to come check us out. Suddenly a girl comes up and says, "I'm sort for the wait, now what could I do to- Ashton?" She cut herself off and Ashton asks, "Hi, are you a fan?" "Yes, I love you." She whispers. "Oh." She quietly says when she sees our hands. "You must be that new girl, Brighton right?" She asks. "Yeah." I say slowly. "Well, anyways, what did you need?" She asks turning back to Ashton. "I was buying new drumsticks." He says setting them on the counter.

When we finally left the mall Ashton asked, "Do you maybe want to go back to my house and we could watch movies or something?" I agreed and we were currently heading towards Ashton's house. When we got there, we walked inside and into the basement where Ashton's room was. "Wow, you're room, it's in the basement, mine is too." I say looking around confusing myself with the words I had just used. "Ok?" He says more like a question. I smile and we sit on his bed, kind of having a staring contest. "I've been with you all day today, wow." He says slowly. "Yeah." I agreed. He suddenly stand up and puts a movie in the player, then flicks off the lights getting back onto the bed.

I laid my head on his chest as he brought his arm up to wrap around me. We stayed like that and watched whatever movie he had out in, which I really hadn't cared about. I was in really deep thought over, what if this relationship really works out? That would be perfect.

So how does Brashton sound for a ship name? It's pretty cute in my opinion. Idk where Theodora came from, but she'll be sort of important later in the story! Thanks for reading guys!!
