Trouble

I must've fallen asleep because I was woken up by someone gasping. I opened my eyes to see a girl who looked to be about 13 standing there in shock. She stuttered for a but before asking, "Hi, who are you?" "Oh, I'm Brighton." I awkwardly say. "I'm Ashton's sister, Lauren." She say with her eyes wide. "Oh, it's not what it looks like, we were just watching movies and she fell asleep." Ashton explains sitting up. I nod in agreement and she says, "Well Ashton, Mom told me to come tell you that Calum called the house looking for you." He nods and says, "I'll call him back later." He groans and falls back down next to me. Lauren shrugs and walks away, leaving Ash and I alone yet again.

Suddenly Ashton grabs me by my waist and pulls me closer to him. "Would it be ok for me to kiss you right now?" He asks in a low whisper. "I'd be perfectly fine with that." I say just as quietly. He slowly presses his lips against mine and I wrap my arms around his neck pulling him even closer to me. I pulled away and say, "That was nice." He laughs and I went searching for my phone. I found it and turned it on seeing it was nearly twelve o'clock. I had about five messages from Josie, I unlocked my phone and went to messages to read them.

ANSWER ME WOMAN!!!

I decided to reply to her.

Heyyy, I'm awake nowww!!

I quickly turned off my phone and flopped down next to Ashton, and laying my head on his chest. "Was that Josie?" He asks. "Yeah, she's panicked that I was kidnapped." I laugh. "Typical." He smiles.

Once we both were fully woken up he says, "I'm not even going to bother 'sneaking' you out, my sister probably already told my Mom." I laugh and he takes me upstairs where a middle aged woman was flipping pancakes an talking to a young boy who looked like Ashton.

"Glad you joined us, Ashton, oh and girl who Ashton brought home." His Mom says. "I'm Brighton." I say for the second time today. "Mmm." His Mom hums. "I'm Ashton's Mom." She says concentrating on the pancakes. Suddenly the little boy turns around and says, "Im Harry." I smiled and did a semi-awkward wave towards him. Ashton then grabbed my hand and asked, "Well, I should take you home now, right?" I nod and his Mom says, "Not so fast, you can at least stay for breakfast right?" I shrug and Ashton says, "Ok, I guess."

We sat down at the bar counter thing, and waited until his Mom finished cooking. She flipped the several pancakes one more time, before placing them on a plate. She divided them out to us, and grabbed her plate and brought it upstairs, waving bye to us.

"Ok, talk about awkies." I whisper. Ashton nearly choke on the pancake he stuffed in his mouth. He began to cough on the pancake he just nearly choked on. I laughed a he eventually managed to cough it out, only to eat it again. "Really Brighton? Awkies?" He laughed. "Yes, awkies, like awkward, you know?" I ask. "No, I've never heard someone say it before, I need to keek this." He says pulling out his phone and clicking on the app.

(A/N: For those of you who don't know, keek is an app where you can take 36 second videos and share them to your followers/subscribers.)

He clicked on the new video button and I hid my face in a joking manor as he started the video.

"Hey guys, so Brighton here has just said something, very, uh, interesting?" He laughs. "What'd you say, Brighton?"

I peaked my head up and said, "I said, Awkies, but Ashton here doesn't know what that means."

He gasped pretending like he was hurt then said, "Four seconds left! Bye!" He then typed away at his phone before clicking his phone off and setting it down.

"Really? You just had to keek that?" Lauren asks.

"Yep." He nods continuing to eat his pancakes.

Guys idk if this chapter was of enough or not, but oh well!!!
