It's been nearly three weeks since the little incident, and here I am, with Ashton, again.

I woke up laid on Ashton's chest, and my phone buzzing on the side table. I reached over to answer it, only to be stopped by Ashton.

"No, it's probably just Josie asking to hang out." He mumbled into my hair softly.

"I know, but she'll be upset with me if I for answer." I chuckled continuing I reach for my phone.

Just as I grabbed it, I accidentally pressed the power off button, which declined the call.

"Ugh, whoops." I mumbled under my breath, now unlocking the phone and going to missed calls.

Missed call from: Unknown Number

I quickly dialled the number back and waited for an answer.

"Hello?" A voice from the other line said.

"Hi, you just called me." I stated now completely sitting up on Ashton's bed.

"Yes, Brighton Edwards, this is Mary Tonkin from the hospital staff, I have no way to put this, but-" She sighed really loudly. "It seems as if your friend, Josie has died in a car accident, se was dead on impact." She says in a monotone.

"What?" I shrieked, panic flooding my body.

"I'm sorry for your loss." She blankly replied.

"No! No! No! No! You must be mistaken! I just called Josie! She's fine!" I shouted, now angry.

"I'm sorry-" I cut this woman off.

"You're lying! You are lying!" I yelled balling up my fist that wasn't around my phone.

"Brighton! Calm down!" Ashton shouted over my fit of anger.

"Listen to me!" The woman shouted. "I'm sorry for your loss, I'll have her family call you later to inform you of other details, thank-you and goodbye." She hung up leaving me in an angry state.

"Brighton, what happened?" Ashton asked again.

I didn't respond, I was too confused and caught up in my emotions to do anything.

"Brighton." Ashton calmly says.

"She's gone." I whispered.

"Who?" Ashton worriedly asks.

"Josie." I say feeling no emotion.

OH SNAP JOSIE I JUST KILLED YOU!!!!

Omg this wasn't supposed happen either!!! But hey, double update!! my next chapter might be up later too.
