Addy woke up on that morning and saw nothing different to any morning. The tide was high; the sea air was fresh... as it always was. She checked her phone to see her usual text: Good morning beautiful. It made her smile just as widely at the idea. She got herself ready to go see him, after her usual trip to Granny's in the morning. As she put her finishing touches to her outfit, she noticed something on her desk. It was a long golden chain with a ring attached to it, the ring wasn't very well worn and she couldn't remember where she'd gotten it from – but she knew that it meant the world to her. She put the chain around her neck and clutched the chain for one moment, before shaking it off and heading into town. She said hello to Archie as she always did and gave Pongo a little scratch behind the ears before heading on her way.
"Good morning Regina, or should I say Madame Mayor?"
"Morning Adel-Addy." Regina said smiling at the kind of hello, remembering that she was a completely different woman to the one she knew in the Enchanted Forest, "I won't keep you any longer than necessary, but you are coming to dinner aren't you,"
"Of course,"
"I'll see you this evening," Regina said before walking away, smirking knowing that she had Adelaide back. She entered Granny's, going straight to the counter. Ruby handed her the usual hot coco with cinnamon before leaning on the counter.
"You're guy's already here,"
"Thanks Ruby," Adelaide said before turning around and heading towards her usual booth. She sat down, causing him to look up. "Morning Sheriff,"
"Good morning beautiful," Graham said before he pulled her closer and kissed her. Their kisses were always deep and passionate – so much that Granny usually joined them in the morning and told them if they wanted a room all they had to do was ask.
"You know there's only one thing I like more than seeing you in that uniform is-"
"Seeing this uniform on mine or your bedroom floor, I'll pick you up tonight after your dinner with Regina. Maybe stay the night."
"There's nothing I'd like more," Addy said bending over to kiss him once again. However, this time there was a cough stopping them. They looked to see Regina standing above them.
"Sorry to interrupt... whatever that was," Regina said, she was shocked to see Adelaide acting so passionately – after all she was so different to her Enchanted Forest self who would never show that much passion in public, she would have been more... sweet. "But I need to speak to the Sheriff... alone, and don't forget about dinner,"
"I won't, I've got to get to the shop anyway." Adelaide said pecking Graham before leaving for Mr Gold's pawn shop.

Adelaide walked the beach with Killian, she was sad. Sad for Snow, who had taken a step into darkness with what she'd done. Sad for Regina, who was now forced to bury her mother despite the promise of love she'd expected. Killian could tell that his wife wasn't all right but she wasn't saying anything – that's how he knew it was bad.
"Love what is it?" Killian said stopping them in their stride because he knew that this wasn't going to get any better. Adelaide went to say something but Killian stopped her, "Don't tell me your fine cause we both know bloody well that is not true,"
"I don't know what to do,"
"What do you want to do?"
"I want to go see Regina, I want to comfort her – she was my friend. We understood each other's pain and now she's lost her mother, she needs someone to be there for her but I know she won't want me there. I want to help my sister too... but I can't because the fact that she killed a woman, no matter what her intentions were, the very idea is just killing me."
