Killian had still been asleep when Adelaide left that morning. He'd kept his promise. He hadn't let her out of his sight since he knew that his doppelganger was back in town, which was why she had resorted to sneaking. It was for a good reason, breakfast at Granny's. She was on her way back when she saw Gold and Lacey, she was just going to walk on past until she saw Gold practically standing on Whale. She went on over but Neal bet her to it, pulling his father away from Whale.

"What the hell are you doing?"

"Stand aside, this doesn't concern you." Gold said trying to pull himself out of his son's arms as he went to stand on Whale. Whale quickly stood because he knew this was his only chance to get away from Gold. "Either of you."

"You need to go, right now." Adelaide said directly to Whale, who didn't need to be told twice.

"Let go of me son!"

"I'm surprised you didn't turn him into a snail?"

"A snail? What are you talking about?"

"She doesn't know," Adelaide whispered to Neal. "She's forgotten."

"Lacey, why don't you go and wait for me in the shop? I'll be along shortly."

"You're unreal you know that, you spend years looking for me. I come to town, you disappear. You haven't even bothered to meet Tamara."

"Why should I concern myself with her?"

"Your son is getting married to her, of course you should meet her." Adelaide insisted coming to Neal's side, of course she wanted Emma and Neal to get back together for Henry's sake but she knew that this wasn't fantasy world.

"We both know that's not going to last, not as long as he carries a torch for Emma."

"I thought you'd changed, you'd been so kind to me and yet here you are – exactly the same. The man who would lock someone in the tower for 200 hundred years all to impress a girl, who we both know is not Belle."

"And yet here you both are, still here."

"I'm here for Henry, not for you," Neal said to his father and Adelaide was glad to know that was why he was staying. "As far as I'm concerned you can stay the hell away from both of us."

Adelaide walked away with Neal, but split paths as soon as she saw Killian. He looked a little mad but ultimately just glad to see her. He held up her phone, which looked as though it had been going off for a while.

"I thought we agreed-"

"We agreed nothing, you agreed. He's not going to hurt me,"

"No, love your right." Killian said and she was really confused, she looked him in the eyes. "If he is like me than he would never hurt you, not intentionally. But I also know that once he has you, he will never let you go – not again."

"Well if he won't let me go then you won't either, besides I said we would meet David and Emma, apparently they have some news about going back."

"I'm not done talking about this love,"

"Aye, you are?"

"Are you impersonating me?" Killian asked as Adelaide pulled him along behind her. They entered the mayor's office and they couldn't help but notice the beans straight away.

"What is going on here?"

"We haven't seen Regina since yesterday and the beans are gone, so we came to investigate"

"I don't get it, if Regina stole the beans," Adelaide said looking from them to the door, where she could see no signs of a break in, "Why would she leave her office unlocked, especially if she was keeping the beans here?"
