We try not to let down the ones we love, but somehow we do. We don't want to be rejected, we all just want to belong somehow in this bleak world we live in. I though always wanted to belong and live up to those promises I've made, but I can't. Things have changed in the world, only for the worse though. An epidemic spread throughout the world turning people into monsters. They would become something unknown, something horrible. Well I though are among the few we call the survivors. We live together, staying safe, but always on the move. We never stay long enough though, even to say goodbye. I've lost many along this endless journey, but moved on. We always have each other in these hard times though. Em, that's what they call me or Emily. But, I always have my group. Drake Whender, Amber Swat and Steven winters. That was it, just the four of us to rely on one another. Safety and shelter were no longer known to me anymore. They were all I had left in this dark world and I was all they had too.
