The New Girl (An Aphmau Fanfiction)

Chapter 4

I step out of school with a sigh, it has been a long day but I was excited to go to Aphmau's and hang out. I had texted my mom about it during lunch and she said it was alright as long as I didn't stay to long. I look around at people leaving when I spot Garroth and Zane heading to the car to head home and I run over.

"Garroth! Zane! How are you?" I ask when I finally reach them. Garroth smiles but Zane doesn't look very interesting though most of his face is covered by his hair and mask. "Good, we were just heading home, mom's taking care of Vlylad since he was sick today." He says with a smile. "Cool, home he gets better soon, and how are you Zane?" I asks and he sighs.

"I'm fine." He says simply not really looking interested in talking. "Hey, I thought you said we could be friends." I say and he crosses his arms. "This is me being friendly." He says and Garroth shrugs. "Well I hope you enjoy the rest of your day, I'll see you tomorrow." He says and I smile waving goodbye to them before heading back to the school and then I spot Aphmau heading towards a car.

"Hey, Aphmau, wait! I don't know your address so that I can come over." I say and she smiles at me. "And who is this?" I hear a voice and turn to look into the car. "This is my new friend Allison, Allison this is my mom." She says and I smile. "Lovely to meet you ma'am." I say and the women smiles at her daughter. "She's so polite and look she's got cute werewolf ears and a tail." Her mom says and Aphmau stares at her mom.

"Mom stop, you're embarrassing me." Aphmau says a little exasperated. Her mom sighs. "Alright sweetie but we best be getting home." She says and Aphmau nods. She quickly gives me her address and then gets into her moms car. I head to my own car and put the address into the GPS on my phone.

I listen to it's directions as I drive and finally I pull up to a nice little house.  I pull the keys out of the ignition and get out of my car. I head up to her house and knock on the door. Aphmau opens it and smiles. "Hey! My mom left to get groceries a couple minuets ago but a couple of my other friends are here." She says and I smile.

"I can't wait to meet them." I say with a smile and walk into her house. "You have a very nice house." I say trying to be polite as I ignore the windows, my parents had taught me that you can't break other people's windows so I always restrain myself. "These are my friends, Kawaii~Chan, Katelyn, this is my new friend Allison." She says and I smile and wave at them.

"It's nice to meet you." I say with a smile and they both smile back. "Nice to meet you as well, you seem pretty cool." Katelyn says and Kawaii~Chan jumps up and down. "Oh! Allison~sama is so pretty, and she's a werewolf!" She says in a high pitched voice and I raise my eyebrows at Aphmau.

"She's usually like this, but you'll get used to it." She says and I smile. "Okay, well, what do you guys wanna do tonight?" I ask and Aphmau smiles. "We should play truth or dare!" Kawaii~Chan exclaims and before I can object Aphmau and Katlyn agree and I find myself sitting in a small circle with them on the floor. We got around the circle asking the usual questions and almost everybody picks truth, well, except Katelyn. The dares she got weren't that bad though.

"This game is getting kinda boring, you guys wanna-" Aphmau begins but then there's a knock on the door. "Hold on." Aphmau gets up and opens the door. "Garroth?! Zane?! Daniel?!" She exclaims and I walk over to the door. "What are you guys doing here?" Aphmau asks and Garroth looks at the ground embarrassed.

"Garroth was messing with the electric panel trying to fix the fact that our kitchen light wouldn't come on and he blew a fuse or something and now our house has no electricity." Zane says and Garroth looks at him annoyed. I hold back a laugh and Aphmau sighs.

"Alright come in but my mom doesn't like boys and she'll be home in about an hour." She says. "Don't worry my dad will get it back up before then but he didn't want us around to mess anything up, or really he didn't want Zane around to mess it up." Garroth says with a smirk and Zane mutters something under his breath.

"Let's play a game to pass the time!" Kawaii~Chan says and I smile. "Sounds like fun, what should we play?" I ask and Aphmau giggles. "Let's play hide and seek!" She exclaims and before anyone can say anything we get ready to play.

"Garroth's it." Daniel yells and we all take off to go hide before he comes to find us. I look around and quickly climb a tree using my werewolf abilities to do so. I look down from the tree and spot Zane struggling to find a spot. "Hey, up here." I whisper yell and Zane looks up. "Take my hand I'll pull you up." I say.

After a couple seconds I manage to pull him up just as Garroth finishes counting and begins to look for us. "That was close." I whisper. "Yeah well, we made it so whatever." He says and I look at him. "I believe a thank you is in order." I say and he mumbles a quick thank you under his breath.

We sit there for minuet watching Garroth run around trying to find us but he can't. Finally his time was up and I smiled. "We did it!" I say smiling at Zane and holding up my hand for him to high-five. He looks at me for a moment and then looks down. "Hey, how are we gonna get down?" He asks and I quickly lower my arm.

"Didn't think about that, I'm sure we can climb down the branches." I say and begin to climb down. After a minuet or two I make to the bottom as Zane climbs down after me. When Zane reaches the last couple branches my eyes catch something, the branch was gonna break.

"Don't move." I say and he freezes. "I'm gonna try and catch you, the branch you have is breaking." I say but before either of us can do anything Garroth comes around the corner and the branch breaks. I move quickly and I guess I kinda catch him. Which means he basically landed on top of me.

I spit a couple pieces of grass out of my mouth as Zane quickly gets up. "You okay baby brother?" Garroth asks quickly running over and Zane just turns away and helps me up. "Uh, thanks." He says and I nod. "Yeah well neither of us got hurt so-" I begin when suddenly I hear a loud squeal from behind us.

"Kawaii~Chan has a new ship!" Kawaii-Chan exclaims as she begins to excitedly shake Katelyn while Aphmau laughs. "What's going on you guys?" Daniel says coming around the corners. Zane groans. "I think the powers back, so let's go." Zane says and before anyone can say anything else Zane begins to walk back to his house and Daniel follows.

"Sorry if I did something." Daniel says and Zane growls in frustration. "Stop saying that!" He says as Garroth gives a quick thank you to Aphmau and myself before following after his brother. "We, this has been an eventful evening, but I should get going." I say and Aphmau smiles. "Well I hope we can hang out again sometime, see you at school tomorrow?" She asks and I nod smiling.

I get into my car and drive back home. I talk to my mom for a few minuets and then head up to my room to get ready for bed. Kawaii~Chan's new ship? I'd have to ask what that meant at school tomorrow.
