Billie Scott- Dumping ground

Chapter 6

"So," I sighed not wanting to look at Rick, I think it's because I feel guilty about the time me and Rick spent together in my room, "Do you like it here?"

"Yer I guess," he looked down this time and kind of stepped in front a little. It was really awkward between the two of us on the way to science we didn't even look at each other. When we got there the teacher sat me next to Rick because I was the only one he knew.

After class Jake was waiting outside with Faith and Johnny I went up and kissed him getting a few 'get a room you two' from some of Jake's friends I laughed grabbing Jake's hand and walking to lunch we didn't go McDonalds today as you are only allowed to go twice a week. Me and Jake went and sat down with Kelly, Millie, Lacy, Sophie and Max while Rick, Johnny and Faith went to sit with the rest of the dumping ground kids on the table opposite. "So how was science with lover boy?"

"Great," I said sarcastically "And he isn't my lover boy,"

"He fancies the pants off you, Billie," Jake replied everybody nodded in agreement. I laughed, which caused Rick's table to look over. I flash a smile

"He does doesn't he" everybody laughed and I stood up with Jake to go queue for food. Then of course Rick stood up and came to queue up behind.

"See" he smiled. He grabbed my hand and we walked back after we got are food when he sat down there was no seats left so he patted me to sit on his lap. "Do you want to stay round mine today?" Jake whispers in my ear, I thought about it.

"Ok, as it's Saturday tomorrow"

ME:
Can I stay round a friends tonight?

MIKE:
Ok, but who's house is it?

ME:
Sophie's

MIKE:
That's fine give me the number I'll pick you up take you to get your stuff and I'll drop you off

ME:
Thank you

"Mike said ok but I had to pretend it was Neve's house"

"Ok"

"He will drop me off at Sophie's house and I'll walk to yours"

"Yer that's great" he smiled kissed me and started to walk to his tutor.

After school I waited outside for Mike to come and get me when he came I got in the minibus and sat in the seat next to him. "You never told me that the dumping ground kids were coming here"

"Oh yer it must have slipped my mind" I nodded pulling out my phone and scrolling through Instagram and Facebook when we got to the house I went up to my room and packed my bags I put in: my makeup bag, pj shorts, pj vest top, jeans, top and a oversized jumper and I put on my uggs and got in the minivan. Mike dropped me off and I waited for him to drive off and walked to Jake's house.

"Hey baby" he pulled me into a hug at the door and kissed me "Did he suspect anything?"

"No I don't think" I said walking in and up the stairs. When we got to his room I lay on his staring at the ceiling.

"What's the matter?" He said lying down next to me, I rolled over.

"I just don't like lying," I smile Jake pushed a piece of hair behind my ear and started kissing me we carried it on and I guess that is the first time we had sex.

The next morning me a Jake woke up snuggled up together I looked at the clock it was 11am that means I only have an hour to get ready so I ran out the bedroom got in the shower got dressed and left when I got to Sophie's house I stood outside and waited for Mike.
