DAILY QUOTE
It was a mistake," you said. But the cruel thing was, it felt like the mistake was mine, for trusting you.

Maybe I was crazy even considering going to this mission. I clutched the watch that Chaos handed to me; I knew very well that the watch was essential to this brobdingnagian task (good luck saying that).
I needed to compose myself. Yeah that's right, I needed to not let emotions get in my way, or else my army will fail.
I glanced over to Zoë, she looked so calm... she was always like that, I noticed. Never pressured, and she rarely displays emotions like an average teenager.
Maybe it's because her 4,000 years if life made her exceptionally strong.
She never showed herr inner angst, maybe she nid it between those thick skin of hers. And every time I look at her eyes, I knew there was something in them... secrets that want to be kept.
I think I wantes to be that type of guy who's gonna break her, find out about her past, and ultimately save her. But I don't think I can do that, because I don't we were ever close.
And so, I made it my secondary mission for me to get close to her, to know those secrets that was hidden in there.
Oh boy am I excited to become that cliché badboy.
The rustle of the wind blew away my thoughts. Oh right, we were here.
I gathered my surroundings, noticing that we were isolated in some familiar woods. Amidst the cricket's noises, I could hear the howles of wolfs, and the pounding of feet.
Wait. The pounding of feet?
I looked around, noticing my army was waiting for my order. The arms wasn't moving, and if they were, they would have done it with complete silence. I heard footsteps pass along the dense forest, it's sounds were circling me and my army in a perfect ratio. And then, it hit me... we were being surrounded.
I unclasped my sword, twisting it till it reached a favorable angle. As if cue, the army too began removing their assortment of weapons, ranging from lances to occasional guns. All members were listening intently, their eyes roaming around the area.
Just when I thought it was only some sort of animals, I zeroed in with a set of silver eyes. Something shiny was pointed at me, and I pindered over what it was, until it hit me.
It quite literally hit me.
The arrow zoomed through the crisp air, a whistle was made as it flew straight towards me -but before it could hit my chest, I snatched the arrow, crushing it until it snapped into three.
Anger seered through me body. This is not how you welcome those who will help you.
"Come out." I ordered, throwing the arrow away. I suddenly threw the arrow down, the head digging a foot down the dirt.
