I'm glad you came

Jessica's POV

"You've been having overtime in the office for two days, Sica. Two freaking days! Are you sick? Have you gone mad?"

"Shut up, Tiffany! The work here isn't done yet. I need to make a report about the company's progess in a week. That old man demands it. What a joke!"

"I'm calling Taeyeon whether you like it or not! You need help. Seriously, you look like a panda who's as thin as a bamboo tree!"

"Then why don't you help me out?!"

"I've got a pile of work in my own company. I haven't even showed up there for days, so I'm calling Taeyeon!"

"As long as you'll get your ass out of here the moment she walks in through that door! I don't need a sister who'll just flirt with my assistant!"

"Ok, fine! I've already texted her."

"She'll be here in how many minutes?"

"I'm here!" Taeyeon suddenly barges in

"Wow, that was fast."

"I just happened to be drinking a latte across the street when she texted me."

"You mean you just happened to be waiting for her downstairs when she texted you."

Gotcha Kim Taeyeon, You're not that hard to figure out. She's now as red as a tomato

"Well tiff. It's time to get out! Remember our deal."

"Wait. Where are you going?" Taeyeon said as she held back Tiffany

"To my office. I've got a pile of work to do."

"What time are you heading out?"

"I really don't know."

"Do you have any plans after work?"

"Umm, I guess not."

"Then may I take you out for dinner?"

Damn it Taeyeon! Sweet!

"Umm, sure."

"Great! Pick you up at 7! See ya!"

"Ok..." Then Tiffany went out

"Damn Taeyeon, such a gutsy woman! You're killin it!"

"Oh please, it's not like I do it every day."

"I doubt that. But next time you ask her out, make sure not to do it in front of my face! Damnit!"

"Ok ok, I'm sorry."

"Now let's get to work, or else I won't allow you to go before 7."

"No way!"

They say when you're in love, you can do things you thought you'd never be able to do, and it really helped me a lot. Why, because Taeyeon was able to help me finish my report in a nick of time! And it's only 4:30 in the afternoon!"

"Good job Tae, now scram! I'm sure you wouldn't want to be late for later, since I know you're gonna dress up big time to impress that woman."

"You know I do. Bye future sister-in-law!"

"Shut up bitch!"

Finally, the work here is done. Since it's still early, I think I'll pay Sooyoung a visit. I bought some drinks and headed to the park. Is she still waiting? What am I going to say? Just as I arrived, I didn't see any sign of her, so I got down. Are you really waiting for me, Choi Sooyoung? Just then...

"Three days, Sica! Not bad! I thought you'd be coming back the next day you left!"

"Stop being so cocky! I just had no where to go, that's all."

"That's why you went here, because there's no other place you want to go aside from here. Don't deny it princess. You suck at it."

"Hey! What's with you calling me princess?"

"Because you are one. An ice princess. Besides, you're my only princess." She smiled and winked

"Sweet talking again? I hope that one day, you'll say something that you really mean, and not to flatter people or to get into someone's pants ."

"Hey, I meant every word that I said! By the way, what's that you're carrying?"

"Drinks, more like beer, since I wanted to unwind a bit. Let's go to your house."

"Aye aye, princess!"

I'm getting used to her, little by little

"Had a tough time at work?"

"Somehow."

"I don't believe you. Look how stressed you are! Didn't I tell you not to dress like that as much as possible? You don't need beer, you need a rest."

"That's what every one says."

"Then why do you keep doing this?"

"Do I even need to answer that?"

"Nope, but I hate seeing you like this."

What should I say? I'm totally at a loss for words. Both of us remained silent until we reached her house. Well, she was the first one to say something.

"You know, I wish you'd visit often. I really like having you around."

"And why is that?"

"You give me a reason to look forward to the next day, because I know that you'll be coming back, and that's all that makes me happy."

"You're weird."

"You too. You keep being an ice princess even if you know that it won't work on me, but I somehow like that side of you, although it would be nicer if you'll try to loosen up a bit." 

A moment of silence came upon us, but suddenly she said something

"By the way, I'm glad you came back."
