I find it actually funny that in Your Lie In April, the artstyle is beautiful and detailed... and then you see the little kids. They just have two dots for eyes and aren't as detailed. This doesn't bother me at all, but that's just been making me laugh a lot.
I'm just imagining a person saying to one of the main characters, "YOU ARE A MAIN CHARACTER YOU ARE A DETAILED CHILD"
And then to a side character, "YOU GET NO DETAIL YOU ROCK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD" (haha managed to fit a My Hero Macadamia reference in)
