2. The Kidnapping

Hi my little pancakes! So here is the next chapter.

This chapter is gonna be short sorry, but I forgot this in chapter 1: Laura and Ross have each others phone numbers now.

Ross' POV:

"Ross! Wake up!!!! Don't forget you have a date today!!!!!" I hear my sister Rydel yell in my face and I feel her pounce onto me waking me up.

"Okay, okay. I'm up!!! Just get off of me," I tell her.

I only told Ratliff, Rydel, Ryland, Riker, and Rocky about Laura because I didn't want my parents finding out unless the date goes well. I miss her already. Her beautiful brown hair bleached at the ends. Those big brown eyes. I think I'm in love.

I go to my closet and pick out a plaid shirt and dark skinny jeans. I brush my hair and and go to the bathroom to change.

I grab my phone, wallet, and keys and head downstairs. I put on my yellow converse high tops.

I put cologne on and call Laura.

Laura's POV:

I go to my closet and pick out a red elegant dress with a sweetheart neckline and ruffles. I grab black ballet flats. I go to my bathroom and curl my hair, then put makeup on. I put a light pink lipgloss on. I grab my purse and put my wallet, camera, phone, and some gum in it.

I'm about to text Ross when my phone rings.

Laura: Hello?

Ross: Hi Laura, I'm on my way!

Laura: Can't wait!!!! Bye.

Ross: Bye sweetie.

Laura- (Thinking about Ross when doorbell rings. Knocks her out of her thoughts)

Laura- I'll get it mom! (Runs downstairs and opens the door revealing Ross. Thinking about how dreamy and handsome he is)

Ross- Wow. I chose the best date ever.

Laura- *giggle* (Blushes and looks to the floor) Come on in. (Opens door wider)

Ross- You look beautiful. (Kisses Laura's cheek)

Laura- (Blushes) You look better. (Looks to the floor)

Ross- (Has hands behind his back and pulls out pink roses. Grins at Laura as she takes them)

Laura- (Gasps and covers mouth with hands, starts tearing up)

(Laura's favorite color is pink and roses are her favorite flowers)

Laura- (Starts tearing up more) How did you know?

Ross- I have my ways. Are you ready to go?

Laura- Ya!

Ross- (Raps arm around Laura's waist and walks out the door) One sec Laura. I forgot my keys inside.

--------Laura's-POV----------------

I walk over to the passenger side of his car, just as a van stops across the street. This man walks out with a rag hanging out of his pocket. He walks closer and closer to me.

The man pulls out a gun and shoots my side. I fall to the ground and am breathing heavily. The man grabs his rag and puts it over my mouth, which makes me sleepy.

I scream, "Ross!" before the medicine from the rag gets to my lungs.

All I remember is, that man carrying me to the van, him tying my arms and legs together, and putting tape on my mouth. Right before I blacked out from the pain and rag I hear Ross call my name.
That's when the medicine knocked me out.

I wake up I think two-three hours later. I can't breath and feel pain. I remember getting shot and try not to think about it.

The van suddenly stops and the back doors pop open. The man grabs me and drags me inside a log cabin somewhere in the woods. Or in the middle of nowhere.

I pretend to still be asleep so that I don't get ragged again. He sets me on the couch, unties my wrists and ankles, and pokes my side to "wake" me up.

"OWWWWWW!!!" I scream in pain.

"Shut up you idiot," he says in a familiar voice.

"Who are you and why did you take me," I hiss at him.

Ooooooo. Cliffhanger. Who should it be? I have a few ideas, but I can't figure out the perfect one.
