Hello, this is my second book. This idea of a story came up in my head. And I liked it so have fun reading. :)

Layla's parents and younger brother died in a car crash. She is forced to travel across the country to live with foster parents. She went mute when her parents died. People see Layla as a freak...and she is determined not to talk to any living soul.

Devin has lived in California since he was little. He is also mute, he doesn't talk to his family. No one really knows why he went mute, only he does and its forbidden to tell anyone. A new neighbor moved in next door. They haven't really talked. Well at least verbally, they talk through White boards.
