'Come on girls you'll be late!' Mark yelled from the bottom of the stairs. 'Coming Mark!' Jane and I yelled. We picked up our little brother and sisters and ran down stairs, they were giggling in our arms as we ran. Our bags were in the car, we strapped the kids into their seats and drove to the train station. 'We're going to miss you guys so much.' Jane said. We hugged Annabeth, Bekki, Kai, Mark and Maria and said our goodbye's. We ran over to our friends, we had all changed so much since first year. Jane and. I were almost 17, our other friends were already 17 and some even 18. We all got in the train, I sat next to Sara and Robert while Jane sat across from us between Kieran and Lloyd. We caught up on the train ride to Moonlight, we talked about the holidays and just general conversation sort of stuff. 'We've got 30 minutes people let's get ready!' The captain called as he walked down the hallway, we all took in turns going and getting changed into our robes. When we all got back we helped eachother with our ties and got our carry on bags down putting them at our feet. The train screeched to a stop and the lights turned off, 'Hang on, we can't be there yet. What is going on?' Sara said. 'I'm not sure, I'm going to make sure everything is ok.' Kieran said 'I will go with you.' Robert said 'I'll help' Lloyd replied. The boys left our booth, leaving Sara, Jane and I together alone. Jane started to shake, there was scratching at our window, the wind howled, the waterfall only 100 metres outside our window seemed like a world away. 'It is ok Jane' i said as I put my hand on her knee 'Yea, the boys are probably helping the driver fix the train as we speak. We will be up and running any minute now.' Sara said as she shifted forward in her seat. 'Thanks guys' she said. She folded her arms and crossed her legs nervously. Suddenly the lights switched back on and the train started running again, I looked oit the window, I could have sworn I saw a blurred figure of a woman sitting on the bench nodding and smiling at me, but she disapeared, evaporated like water into the chilling, dark night sky. I shrugged it off, probably just my mind playing tricks on me. The bous came back and said that they fixed everything for the driver. About 45 minutes later we arrived at Moonlight. We got off the train carrying our backpacks, we followed the grounds keeper to the building. We walked up a winding pathway, over a bridge that was built over my most favoutite spot on campus, the river. My friends and I all went under the bridge during our breaks. It was quiet and no one else knew it was there so it was just perfect. Sara and I found it the first day, I smiled as I looked down, we have spent so much time together under there. We kept walking though, I was holding Robert's hand as we walked up to the front doors and Jane was holding Kierans behind us.
'Good evening students. As you are well aware the train you arrived on had some dificulties on your journey however the train has been repaired, so you have nothing to worry about. Now enjoy your meals and go up to your dormitories, you have classes starting first thing tomorrow morning.' The head masters voice boomed, he was a kind and gentle man who cared very much for the safety and well being of his students, but tonight something seemed to be worrying him. I shrugged it off, it was probably just some paper work he forgot or something. My friends and I chatted while we ate our delicious dinners and went up to our dormitories, our luggage had already been brought up and sat next to our beds. We began to unpack, it took a while but we finally got it done. That night I dreamt of that lady I saw on the bench "'Hope, Hope. Come to me my darling Hope' she just repeating over and over, 'No, who are you?' I asked. She smiled and laughed and pulled her hood back from her face, I gasped 'yes dear, I am your Aunt Magora, Your mothers sister. You may not remember a lot or anything about me but I just wanted you to know, I am always here.' She said as she reached for something in her jacket. She pulled out a knife and started to come towards me, 'Stay back!' I said as I backed away shaking. She lunged at me" I woke up panting and sweating, I looked around me. Jane, Sara, Lana and the head mistress were all standing around me. 'What is going on?' I asked as I shook. 'Shh, don't worry. Come with us' the head mistress whispered. Sara and Lana lifted me up and put their arms under me like a swing. Jane held my shoulders from behind as they carried me to the hospital wing of the building, they laid me on a bed and the head master and nurse came through the doors. 'What is going on?' I asked weakly. 'Sara, Jane, Lana go back to your dormitory, Rosemary, the head mistress and I can take it from here. Thank you for the help' he said kindly. They nodded and ran back to our dormitory, it was just the nurse, the head master and mistress and I in the huge room now. 'Can someone please tell me what is happening?' I asked weakly I started to cough. 'You saw your Aunt on the train ride here yes? And again in your dream?' The head mistress asked. 'Yes, but how did you..?' I asked going back into a coughing fit, 'Hope, it's ok. Lie down please' Rosemary said to me, I didn't even realise I was sitting up. I laid back down on the bed, propped up under under some pillows. My rib cage felt like I had been struck by lightning, it hurt so much but I didn't know why. I looked down at my chest, there was a stab wound in my right side of my chest. 'What happened to me?' I asked weakly, Rosemary gave me some medicine. I could already feel my energy weakening but I had to know. 'Your Aunt broke into the building through your window and did this to you. You never have before but tonight you were talking in your sleep. Jane and Sara came to us and told us something was wrong. We came back and you had been stabbed and were yelling 'stay back'. You screamed and woke up. Your Aunt has a very dark past, which we believe she is trying to pass on to you. The wound she gave you was poisoned, the wound itself will not kill you' the headmaster told me. 'However she wants you to get revenge, to come after her and join the dark side. There are only rumours such a thing exists but she believes it does' The headmistress said gravely. 'I.....won't....do it. She can't.....make me.' I said 'there is some things you can and will know but for now, sleep my child. You need the strength.' The headmaster said. 'Will... She.... Come back?' I asked. 'If she does there is no way for her to get in, now sleep. You need to sleep' the mistress told me. I nodded with my last ounce of strength and felt myself collapse into the pillows, my eyelids closed and I could not open them again. I could just make out the voices of the master and mistress as the left the room, then I fell into the deepest sleep I had ever been in.
