Stress.
One of the biggest problems in our world today. Everyone of any age can have it.
Stress is a disease and it's symptoms are: overwhelmed, family issues, school drama, overdue schoolwork, procrastination.
Side effects are: lack of sleep, frustration, weight loss, and sometimes health problems.
Cures are: a vacation, organise home environment or anything that is going crazy, an hour alone every day, go to the spa, workout, draw/paint,etc. Honestly whatever relaxes you.
If you have stress, just take a deep breath, give yourself fifteen minutes to and hour to relax, then slowly try to reorganise whatever mess your life is in.
Those are symptoms, side effects, and cures. But some people say kids can't have stress. Some people say the youngest child can't have stress because they are babied and get everything they want.
And that makes me so mad.
Anyone, I mean anyone can have stress.
Looking back on the things I was stressed about as a kid, I laugh and wish that were the least of my worries. But it's all about experience and age and responsibilities. The more responsibilities you have, the more likely you are to be stressed.
As a little kid I would get stressed about it raining on a sunny day and I wouldn't be able to play outside.
Now, I have so much more important things to stress about rather than the rain.
But as a kid, I didn't know anything worse than it raining on a Saturday afternoon. So if your parents or anyone else laughs at you for being stressed because it's going to rain; ignore them. It's all about how many deadlines you've had to meet, or your level of responsibility.
Anyone can be stressed, Just on different levels.
But if you have stress, just relax. Whatever it is will be there tomorrow. Take a couple minutes to breath, then take an organised approach and get it done, or fix it. (Or ignore it if it's stupid drama, it'll pass ;)
Breath.
