Crushes

Okay so there is a major problem in our high school world.

Crushes. Likes. Boyfriends.

(I hate the word crush, by the way)

All a crush is is a person of the opposite gender (or in some cases the same) who you have more favouritism towards. Someone you find more attractive than the others, someone you think is funnier or smarter or more buff.

Then, when you've had your fun crushing on them, you move on to someone new. Maybe it's the newbie at school, maybe it's a person you never noticed. Whoever it is, forget your crush on them and quickly shove them in the friend zone.

It will only cause drama and distraction that you don't need while your life is full of stupid hormones, school, and sports.

So to all you people out there crushing on someone you can't have, or even someone who likes you back; run.

Run away as fast as you can away from the distraction that you will someday forget anyway. There is no need to cry over a dude that doesn't like you back, or a boyfriend who you were going to dump anyway. Just say bye and leave them in the friend zone.

I have a new proverb for the world:
If you have a crush; friend zone and forget.

Life will be so much easier if no one had a crush. Now, don't get me wrong, I have nothing against anyone who has a crush, and there are a few people who I totally ship, but I just don't like the idea for me.

What even is the point of a crush? Why bother? Why show favouritism to someone new every week?

I dare anyone who has a crush to comment their name.

No, wait....

I double dog dare you to comment your crushes name ;)

(Btw, why is it called a double dog dare? That's so weird!)
