Sometimes in life we are lucky enough to find a person who appreciates us. Someone who has things in common with us, but isn't an exact replica of ourself.

Someone who we can tell our deepest secrets to, someone to laugh with, someone to cry with. Someone to fight with, someone to make up with. Someone to talk about boys (or girls) with.

A person who will love you for all your flaws and mistakes. To love you for all of your quirks and hobbies. Someone who brings out the best in you and fixes you at your worst.

Someone who you can lean on and cry into their shoulder. To be there for you, and be a comfort, but also give you a push or shove when you need it most.

Someone who understands you need your alone time, and your social life. A person that knows what bothers you and can help you deal with it.

And no matter all your issues, all your flaws, all your mistakes, your quirks, your hobbies, secret pleasures, and guilty pleasures; they will love you and be there for you no matter what.

But how can you find that kind of person?

Is there really anyone so perfect?

Nope.

The answer is no, there is no one that is perfect like that. Nobody is so perfect that you will be able to check off every box in your best friend checklist. Cause mine is long.

There are fake people, but you know what? Every fake person was once real, and they deserve a second, third, maybe even fourth chance. Whatever someone did to you, forgive them and give them one more chance. Isn't that what you would want them to do to you?

Anyways, find your best friend and no matter what, after everything you have been through, keep them by your side and never, ever let them go.
