Chapter 4: "It Was you!"

Previously on Falling Star (Ch:3)

 I was just about to mop when I heard someone snicker. I froze in my spot. I got that same creepy feeling like the time I went to my locker.

I suddenly and slowly turned around to see a tall boy with Blond hair leaning against the wall with a big smirk on his face and amusement in his Chocolate brown eyes. I gasped when I soon realized who it was

Chad Green!

I just stood there starring at him. I couldn't move!!! I don't know if it was out of fear or just curiosity. All I was focused on was this really hot looking guy starring at me.

Wait did I just call Chad 'Hot' Common Emma Snap out of it. Just think about all the things that he and his "Friends" do to you on a daily basis.

The only things that were able to move were my eyes. I just Checked out Chad Green!! I can feel my Face getting all warm an rosy. But I couldn't help it. He was just standing there being all perfect. With his Blond hair in a quiff and his Deep Chocolate brown Eyes staring at me, and his smirk turned in to a smile. He looked down. like he was trying to control something inside of him.

Wait what?! Why is he smiling?

He was Wearing Deep dark blue jeans that fit him perfectly, a White T-shirt and a Leather jacket that was unzipped. On the outside he was a perfect looking star. It was only me who though other wise. After all I had seen the other side.

His head lifted from looking at his shoes and he was still smiling but only bigger. He was happy? But why? OMG !!! HE'S GLOWING?? hes accually glowing!!!

I can feel my hear stop. I'm not breathing!!

1...2...3... Breath. air entered my lungs and I instantly felt relief. I looked down at the ground in astonishment. I have just seen Chad Green glow.... I look around quickly around me to see what's making him glow so bright. But no one was there it was just me,

I could feel my heart pounding. I can't believe this.

You see being a star is all about emotions, We have human body's but our soul are forever bright. When ever we are truly happy we Glow. Its just like the  sun but silver. it just glistens over our skin. it radiates through us uncontroably. Once we Start to glow it takes a lot to let our light go down to normal. When we are in the field we are to let our light shine. That way the humans on earth know that we are out. Of course they don't know that we are people with a really cool soul. We are their ears at night. When humans make a wish we glow ever brighter. Making us twinkle even more.

As student's we are taught how to control our lights. In the past humans or as I like to call them "Earthlings" Would wish on us and it would drain us so fast. It takes a lot of energy and self control to be in the star field. I have been practicing how to control my light ever since I knew that I wanted to be in the field. I never really glowed while I was at school cause this school didn't make me happy ... and for good reason.

I still don't understand why he's glowing though. Took a deep breath. Slowly began to speak.

"Chad... Your Glowing..." I paused as he looked down at his magnificent body that had bright beams of light shining from it. He examined himself before he looked back at me. He looked like he was shocked.

"Wow! I did it! I really did it!" He spoke softly before he looked at me once more.

"Chad... you need to stop! Your going to drain your self!" I stated slightly in a panicked voice.
