BIRTH

We have been staying at the prison for months now. And Carol is been practicing for the up coming birth for Lori's baby.

Rick, Daryl, Glenn and I and the two prisoners just finish fixing the fence. We are coming inside the prisoner . I saw Carl , Lori, beth,Hershel, Maggie waiting for us to get back.

I smiled at them and I narrowed my eyes at their backs and see a herd of walkers! I get my gun and begun shooting.

"Walkers! Look out!" I yelled and start to run.

Rick and Daryl soon follow, Glenn is finish the fence. I run and block by the locked gate. Glenn start to run fast and throw the keys at me and I open the gate and run to Carl and Lori.

I was running and I see Carl,Lori, Maggie shooting while beth and Hershel is running. Then Maggie run to them leaving them .

"Lori here!" I yelled . they run towards me and we lock the metal door.

As soon as we start walking Lori stop and hold to a metal bar. She start to breath heavily

"Mom are you okay?" Carl asked her.

"I think the baby is coming" she replied and my eyes widened.

"But we have to keep going. We need to get back to our cellblock" he stated

We start to walk again and Lori soon stop and hold on to a metal pole.

"Are you sure you can go further?" I asked

"The baby is coming" she start to push.

"Come one let's remove your pants" I stated and I help her remove her pants .

"I'm gonna call for help" Carl stated and about to walk away when he is stop by Lori

"No, stay here I'm not gonna risk your life for me" she said and start to push

She start to push and push , I saw blood so I stop her.

"Lori stop, your bleeding" I stated and she lay down on the floor.
 
"You can't push your uterus will burst" I stated

"Well you gonna cut the baby out" she said and my eyes widened

"No I can't do that" I stated tears brimming my eyes

"You can I know you can" she stated

"I know I'm the top of my class but I don't know anything about child birth . carol is the who practices " tears now stream my face.

"You can do it, just follow the scars and get that baby out" she stated

"I'll just gonna call help" I tried to stand up but I was pulled by her.

"No, just do it and take care of Carl and the baby " she stated

"Carl, be strong okay, your gonna beat this world, be tough and always be with thania okay?" She said to Carl and started crying 

Carl just nods and let go . I kiss her forehead and mouth 'I'm sorry' , she nods and I grab my clean knife and start to cut her stomach. She screams in pain and tears flow from her eyes .and soon her eyes closed

"Stop your hurting her!" Carl yelled and start to cry

I pulled off my top shirt and put it on my lap.

"Carl give me your hand" I stated and he does.

"Hold this and I'll get the baby out" I command and his does what I say.

I got the baby out and its a girl. I wipe the blood from the baby and rub her back until we hear a cry. Carl gave me his jacket and I wrap the baby on it. I stand up and leave

"We can't leave her here, she'll turn" Carl said

I was about to grab my gun I was stop by Carl

"I'll do it she's my mom" he stated and I walk to find the exit.

I heard a sound of a gunshot and I look back , to see Carl walking looking upset.

We start to walk the exit and see Rick , Daryl, Glenn and the others looking for us. Rick look at us and start to walk towards us . he let go of his axe and spoke.

"Where is she?" He asked and start sobbing and slowly walk towards Carl

"Rick, no-" I sobbed and Glenn walk to me and hugged me . he kissed my forehead. And I burst out crying.

"Oh no no no no" rick cried . he lays on the floor and cry.

We all start to cry specially Rick. I soon stop crying because of Glenn. I walk to Carl who is sobbing, I put an arm on his shoulder. He look at me and wrap his arms around me and start to cry .

"Its gonna be okay" I rub his back and I feel him nod.

"I promise I'll take care of you and your sister, okay?" I whisper and I feel him nod again.

"Thank you" he look at me and let go.

Then Daryl walked to me and hugged me while patting my back. Then let go

"Its okay, you did your best" he stated and I nod . he nod back and walk away.

I handed Rick the baby as soon he stop crying and has calmed down. He smiled and look at me with a weak smile .

"I'm so sorry Rick she made me do it" I looked down

"Its okay at least she won't be suffering in this world" he stated and hugged me

I nod and hugged him back. We pull away and I walk to Glenn .i lay my head on his shoulder and i look at him. he kiss my forehead and i smile. later i feel light headed and i feel that I'm gonna throw up.

"i'm gonna go to the restroom" i stated and he looked worry

"i'll come with you " he said and i nod

we're on our way to the restroom and i feel really really dizzy so i fall to the middle of the hall way. 

"Thania , look at me , look at me dont close your eyes" he stated and lightly pat my shoulder and face . then i hear him shout and then black...
