Chapter 6
Kybe fought most them while they all spoke in their native language. With the anger in the enemies eyes, it seemed like it was all cursing towards Kybe. From the little I could understand after some studying after they came, they were asking why has was betraying them and why he was protecting me as a human. I couldn't decipher, he told them that it wad his given mission to protect his chosen human, like with what he told me.
"Then tell me traitor," one of them spoke in English with a growl in their throat. "What was it like in the laboratory? I hear they experimented on you and mad them your puppet."
"I escaped from their to complete my mission. I am taking her back with us like told to." Kybe answered, but not realizing he spoke in English too until he heard my gasp
"What do you mean you are taking me back with you. Are you expecting me to come to your planet?"
"Foolish human, you know nothing of us. The missions we are given is to find the human that our elders have marked for us, and take them back so that we can mate with them. If he has not told you, then he is the foolish one." Their leader spoke.
I stood in my spot, staring blankly at the group as I pondered the words that he said. Kybe was silent as well, but it only took a moment for him to speak up.
"Even if that is true, that is not the purpose I have for bringing her with me. The elders gave me a different mission."
"The elders, you say? I can say that it was those damned humans who kidnapped you who gave you that mission. This human is indeed a special one, and we were given our orders to kill her."
"I will not allow you to lay a claw on her." Kybe took a defensive stance as he stepped in front of me while I was still in a daze. The groups jumped, landing on top of Kybe and began to claw at him. Even with all of these monsters cornering him, he seemed to still have more strength and threw them off, the red in his eyes glowing brightly with anger.
