|When They First Saw You|

Ponyboy-

*In class
What he thought about you-
He looked at you and thought, "I wonder what her name is." He thinks you are smart, but a little intimidating

What you thought about him-
He's answered every question right, smart, from what I've heard he's nice too.  He's obviously a greaser, a good looking one at that.

Johnny-

What he thought about you-
He could tell you were kind and caring, you didn't show it though. You scared him a little because he could tell you were complicated, but that wouldn't stop him.

What you thought about him–
You thought he was a sweet kid. He was very sensitive, but you liked sensitive people. You could tell he had some problems, you didn't know what they were, but you could tell he had some.

Sodapop-
What he thought about you-
When he saw you he wasn't looking for anybody after what Sandy did to him. After he spent more time with you he realised that you weren't like that and had his heart set on you.

What you thought about him-
You felt almost as if he was to good to be true, so you didn't bother. Until he started to talk to you that changed and you realised you had found Mr. Perfect

Dally-

What he thought about you-
*At the movie house
He saw you and at first sight he noticed your looks. He wanted to talk to you, but didn't want a long relationship with anyone. He wanted to be open to other girls, but as he got to know you, he couldn't help but to fall for more than what was on the outside.

What you thought about him-
At first you thought he was an insensitive jerk that liked to toy with other girls. You may have liked his looks, but you couldn't stand the thought of him flirting with every girl he laid his eyes on. Soon you noticed that he cared a lot for his friends and that he wasn't the player that you had presumed he was.

Darry-

What he thought about you-
He saw you and thought you were a trouble maker, but he soon saw you were responsible and a good influence. Even though you had your ups and downs he would be there through all of them.

What you thought about him-
You heard a lot about him from Sodapop and you already had a set opinion on him. Once you met him, you soon realized that he was hard working and would do almost anything for his family.

Steve-

What he thought about you-
He thought your were hot, funny, and smart, but all he wanted to know was if you liked cars, once he found out you did, the deal was sealed.

What you thought about him-
At first you though he was a useless no good, you avoided him for awhile, you soon started seeing him around more often and talked to him although you didn't want to. You learned more about him and soon realized there was more than meets the eye.

Two-bit-

What he thought about you-
He thought you were attractive and had a liking for you, but he was all in when you laughed at his jokes

What you thought about him-
Your first time talking to him, he cracked a joke and gave you a pick up line. Of course you found them both funny and you started hanging out with him on a regular basis.
