"why am i here?" casey groaned. "because jeff asked you to come." alex stated. "i mean, why did he make me come? i hate baseball! soccer is my sport." she said.

"no sports is my sport." he stated. "then why are you here?" jessica asked sitting down next to casey on the stands. "because i can't miss any jasey moments!" he answered. casey rolled her eyes at the statement. "jasey seriously?"

"it's your ship name!" alex said. "oh like i didn't get that." she replied sarcastically. "where's hannah? she said she'd be here." alex asked changing the subject. "she went somewhere with clay." jessica said without looking away from her phone.

"ah my ships are sailing!" he said. "you know my favorite ship is montgomery's fist and your face." justin said as he sat down and handed jessica a bucket of popcorn. alex immediately gave him the don't look.

the group fell silent for a while, until jessica spoke up. "casey look! it's your man." casey followed jessica's finger as she pointed at him. jeff waved at her and smiled, revealing his bright white teeth. she immediately got up from the stands and ran to him.

he greeted her with a warm hug. "do i have to be here?" she asked with her head buried in his chest. "yes!" he said breaking the hug. "this is a really important game for me and i really want you to be here."

casey couldn't help but smile. "here, take my jacket." he said as he threw it around her shoulders. "why?" casey asked. "it's not that cold out." she said.

"yeah but it's tradition for the girlfriend of the player to wear their letterman jacket during a game." he stated. "girlfriend?" casey asked. jeff face palmed himself. "ugh i was supposed to ask you first and then give you my jacket."

casey giggled, she loved how perfect he wanted this to be. "yes jeff, i'll be your girlfriend." she smiled. "really?" he asked? the girl nodded her head. jeff immediately gave her another big hug. he kissed her forehead before saying "gotta go we're starting soon."

now casey didn't mind being at the game, but she didn't want to go back to the stands. she knew that once she would sit back down; all three kids would talk about her and jeff.

of course, casey was correct. "girlfriend!" jessica said. "the ship has sailed!" alex said. casey looked over at justin. "so you're just not gonna say anything?" she raised her eyebrow.

"nah they're doing enough, i'll bother you later." he joked. "i don't wanna hear anything from any of you!" casey demanded. the three immediately went silent. "but actually holy shit i'm dating jeff!" she squealed.

the entirety of the game, casey was confused. she knew absolutely nothing about the sport. she got up and cheered when everybody else did, even though she was clueless as in to what was happening.

casey was glad when the game came to an end. yes, she was happy to be supporting her now boyfriend jeff, but she didn't enjoy one part of the confusing sport.

jeff was glad to see that casey had stayed throughout the whole game. "hey good job!" the familiar voice spoke out behind him. jeff turned to see casey, which immediately puy a big smile on his face.

"did you like my homeruns?" he asked. "totally." casey nodded her head. "do you even know what that is?" he raised his eyebrows. "no idea." casey answered truthfully. but jeff didn't care, he was just glad that she was there to support him.

"here." she said handing him his jacket. jeff shook his head and pushed it back to her. "wear it tomorrow, i need to show you off." he winked.
