After my parents yelling stopped I waited a little while and waited in case they started yelling again. When I was sure that that they were done yelling I walked downstairs to see a note on the table.
“Honey Dad and I went to go get groceries,
took Adam with us, see you in a little bit,
Love you - Mom”
I didn’t understand. How could she act like nothing just happened? I was so frustrated. I don’t know how my parents could act so normal about knowing about my anorexia.
I walk to my room to see how much my hair has been drying. I start to brush it out just so it doesn’t start to get to wavy. All of a sudden a big chunk of hair comes out. I stared at it, not able to processes how much hair had just fallen out.
