Two years later Christine and Erik were sitting on the couch(she moved into his home). Watching 'Phantom of the Opera' for their anniversary. Erik then stood up and took Christine in his arms and kissed her. When they pulled away she said breathlessly "Erik what was that for?" Erik smiled before saying
"Christine, I love you."
"I love you too, Erik but what does this have to do-" Erik kissed her again. Christine stopped talking getting the message. He then sat down with Christine in his lap. Then reaching over to grab a small gift wrapped box. "Happy anniversary, my sweet angel of music." Christine stared at him for a moment and opened the gift. She gasped, it was two tickets to see 'Phantom of the Opera' live.
"Oh, Erik thank you!!! Thank you soo much!!" She hugged him.
"Christine we are not seeing the show."
"What?" Christine asked her eyebrows burrowed a bit.
"Were in the musical." Christine gasped and kissed Erik countless times. "Thank you soo much, here is mine." Erik found her with a small box also, in her precious hands. He opened it up and saw a red glass flower. "Thank you, but I don't-" This time it was Christine to get him to stop talking by kissing him.
"It's because you gave me a red rose on the day you proposed. I wanted to thank you and what better way than our anniversary."
"Christine just you being with me is enough." They then kissed each other passionately.
A few months later Christine and Erik were in the musical(even Meg was their as a main character playing Christine's best friend). It was a one time deal, but it was Christine's dream! Everybody both of them cared about were their(and Christine told Erik that this performance was going to be dedicated to her father.) But this performance was special. They had changed the ending to Christine being with Erik. At the end of the very beautiful performance everyone jumped and cheered. They both went out for a final curtain call and they kissed in the spotlight. Loving each other forever.
