(Little intro of Jessie before I start the story)

Hi I'm Jessie Michelle Montgomery (Cade) I'm fourteen and have three brothers named Johnny and carter & Leo (adopted brother 16 17), I got adopted into a family, the father was a soc and the mom was a greaser names are Lydia James, dad left give years to keep us safe but still gives us money, when I was five but not Johnny he's only aloud to stay over Mondays Thursday and Friday. I love sing dancing watching sunsets (with PonyBoy and Johnny) reading writing. I have the hugest crush on PonyBoy, no one but Dallas Darry Sodapop and Steve know, they always tease me about it.

"Bye Mum I'm going to PonyBoy's." I said.

"Okay hurry back sweetheart." Mum said.

I nod I ran to PonyBoy's and I sat the gang hitting Bob's car.

I looked to see PonyBoy on the ground.

I ran to him as Sodapop did too.

"Pony you okay?!" I asked.

"They didn't hurt you they did they?" Soda asked.

"Yeah." Pony whimpered turning his head.

"They aren't gonna hurt ya no more." Soda said helping Pony up.

"I'm fine now that your here Jessie." Pony said.

I blushed looking down I looked back up to see Johnny.

I ran to his arms putting my head in his neck.

"Hey Johnnycakes." I said letting go.

"JESSIE MUM WANTS YOU HOME!" Carter yelled coming to me and Johnny.

"I only left like ten minutes ago." I said.

"Grandmas here." He said.

"Soc one or greasers one?" I asked.

"The one who gives us cookies presents and hundreds of dollars." Carter said.

"Ill see you later?" I asked Johnny and the guys.

"Yeah, bye Jessie." They said.

I raced to Carter jumping on his back giggling as he ran home.

"Jessie dear it's good to see you honey." Grandma said.

"You too grandma how was Mexico?" I asked.

"It was a blast honey, I got you and your brother something." Grandma said.

"Close your eyes." Mom said.

Carter and I laughed covering our eyes.

"Okay open." Grandma said.

Our eyes open as we saw two new gaiters, we both gasped as we picked them up.

Mine was pink as Carter's was Blue.

"Thank you so much grandma." We both said.

"I knew how much you two like music so I got you gaiters." Grandma said.

"You'll still get your money." Mum said.

Grandma handed us each five hundred.

"I'm going to get clothes and school supplies." I said.

"Same we could go now." Carter said.

"Yes yes go go!" grandma said as we ran off.

"I'm going to get Johnny." I said.

"Okay, will meet back at the lot at six." Carter said as we both went our own ways.

"Johnny Cade! were buying you a whole new outfit!" I said jumping on my brother.

"Ow Jessie that hurt." Johnny said,

"Sorry but come on come on." I said pulling him up running to the mall.

Carter came into view as we got in the lot.

"Jessie Johnny their y'all are, come on Jessie we gotta get home." Carter said.

"Fine, bye bro." I said kissing Johnny's cheek and ran home.
