Team 9 met at the 3rd Hokage's office. The 3rd Hokage had told Miyuki Team 9's first mission.
"Okay, today's mission is a D-ranked mission."
Kyari, Masashi, and Satoshi groaned.
"You're going to weed Ms. Hiriyama's garden.""
They all groaned again.
"Isn't Ms. Hiriyama's garden the big 1 acre garden?" Masashi asked.
"You'll have to see when we get there." Miyuki-sensei said.
When they got to Ms. Hiriyama's house, sure enough, the garden was 1 acre.
"You better get to work." Miyuki-sensei said. "I'll be back in an hour."
Kyari, Masashi, and Satoshi got to work. It was in the middle of summer, which made it even worse.
"Maybe we can use our jutsus to weed the garden." Kyari suggested.
"We could, but how?" Satoshi asked.
"Maybe Masashi can use an Earth Style jutsu to uproot the plants. And you can use a Fire jutsu to burn the weeds, and I can put the fire out with a Water jutsu."
"Okay. That sounds like a good idea." Masashi said.
Thy did it, and it worked! But when Ms. Hiriyama found out, she was outraged.
"What are you doing?!" Ms. Hiriyama said angrily.
"We were weeding your garden." Masashi said.
"No jutsus! Weed my garden, and do it right!" Ms. Hiriyama yelled and went back inside.
"Maybe we can use our weapons to weed the garden." Masashi suggested.
"Okay." Kyari said.
"I just hope that old hag doesn't come back. Satoshi said.
After a few minutes, they had weeded the entire garden. Miyuki-sensei came back soon after they weeded the garden.
"You did a great job for your first mission." Miyuki-sensei said. "This will be the only mission you have for today, but tomorrow you may have a C-ranked mission, so get some rest tonight."
"Okay." they said, and Team 9 went home.
