Past lover (A Nalu Fanfic)

First life

It's happening again.
It's been 3 weeks, everyone is trying to help, but we don't know anything.
So far we know that it was something big. Maybe it was love or war. Does it really matter?
We're together, we're happy. It shouldn't matter.

I go to our room, i lay down next to the love of my life, Natsu. I love him so much. I close my eyes and sleep takes over me.

As two lovers become enemies,
Light and darkness,
Good and evil,
They walk down the same path, hand in hand smiles on their faces.
The war is over, love won.
They both live eternity together,
A blonde haired fairy,
A black haired demon,
Zeref and Mavis.
They hear a voice behind them,
His little brother running towards them,
Natsu.
On Natsu's back, a smiling girl.
Lucy.
They laugh as they catch up to them.
"We'll spend the rest of eternity together." Says Natsu, Zeref smiles and nods.
"It might not be as friends, it might be as enemies..." Natsu laughs and smiles.
"It doesn't matter, we'll meet again."
Gray and Juvia walk up to them, hand in hand they both smile.
Levy is on Gajeel's shoulders, he carries her as they both smile.
"I hope we remember this someday. This was the best adventure." Mavis says with a bright smile on her face.
The rest of the guild shows up, it's over but no one made it out.
"Let's go on more adventures!" Says Lucy, she takes Natsu's hand and runs towards a door. She opens it and smiles. "I'll see you when we meet again. I love you." Natsu kisses her one last time.
"And i love you. Always have. Always will."

They walk through the door, a new life awaits them, no memories of their past lives, they don't need them. They're soulmates, they'll find each other again.
A new reality.
A new dimension.
A new universe.
It doesn't matter, they'll find each other again. They'll all be together once again.
They now know the truth, the beginning of it all.
A dark war between darkness and light.

I wake up, tears roll down my face. I saw how we died, I saw our first life. The beginning.
The reason of this. Not only that but i saw how the rest of our past lives ended and began.
Natsu sits up with wide eyes. He looks at me and says what is now so familiar to me, in every end of a life he looks at me and says, "i love you, always have, always will." I smile and kiss him.
"Does this mean our lives will end soon?" I ask. He shakes his head and hugs me.
"We still have a long way to go. This can't be the end."
I nod, "Let's have more adventures." I whisper. He smiles and our phones ring.
Our friends call to tell us what they saw.
We all had the same dream, maybe it was time we all found out about it all.
