When Timoto seals Tsuna's sky flames, the seal becomes sentient and replaces Tsuna. The real Tsuna is a genius who begins to hate his father and Timoto for trapping him inside his own mind.
Reborn fires the dying-will bullet at Tsuna, which frees the real Tsuna from his prison.
Tsuna's pissed and refuses to become a mafia boss. And actually follows through with that sentiment, and runs away.

2) Tsuna is on the run from the mafia, and meets the KHR cast along the way.
3) Tsuna is too cute for his own good, knows it, and takes advantage of it.
