Yamamoto is a nurse at Tokyo Hospital, under the training of Dr. Hayato. Sparks fly as they help the rest of the KHR cast when they come in.

1) 8056
2) Yamamoto is still a little ditzy.
3) Hayato needs to take more breaks.
4) The nurses ship it.
5) KHR cast either volunteer at the hospital and/or get hurt and meet the two medical professionals.
